It was established in the middle of Sister Lisa Hogan (Nurse Practitioner) the last century in a converted sea-front property in South Parade, Llandudno. In 2005, the Practice Sister Janice Caldecott (Nurse Practitioner) moved to the present new purpose-built premises in Craig y Don. The Practice is a Nurse Emma Hughes non-limited Partnership, supported by a team of nurses, receptionists and administration staff. This Nurse Anahita Taheri-Colton booklet tells you about the Practice and the services we offer.
