(2) In order to reduce the administrative burden on aircraft operators, Directive 2003/87/EC provides for one Member State to be responsible for each aircraft operator. Article 18a(1) and (2) of Directive 2003/87/EC contains the provisions governing the assignment of each aircraft operator to its administering Member State. The list of aircraft operators and their administering Member States (hereinafter "the list") should ensure that each operator knows which Member State it will be regulated by and that Member States are clear on which operators they should regulate. -

Zwei 737- 300 gingen an den Vermieter Pembroke Capital zurück: (D-AGEA, msn 23951), (D- AGEB, msn 24320). Air Europa gab eine 767-300ER (EC-JJJ, msn 27428) an Pegasus Aviation zurück. Air Nostrum – Iberia Regional fliegt ab 26.10. von Burgos nach Paris Orly (2x wöch., CRJ200). Auch die Route Malaga – Casablanca läuft am 26.10. an (4x wöch.). Neben Air Nostrum fliegt hier auch Denim Air im Auftrag der Iberia. Alitalia retournierte zwei MD-11F (EI-UPO, msn 48429 und EI-UPU, msn 48430) an Pegasus Aviation. Drei weitere MD-82 wurden stillgelegt: (I-DAWU, msn 49196), (I- DAWB, msn 49197), (I-DAWC, msn 49198). AtlasJet erhielt von ILFC eine 757-200 (TC-ETG, msn 26254). Sie flog zuvor bei der spanischen Audeli. Austrian Airlines Group beförderte im September 1,02 Millionen Passagier und somit 4,0 % weniger als im Vorjahresmonat. Auch die Auslastung gab um 1,0 % nach und betrug 78,1 %. AUA macht dafür die generelle Konjunkturschwäche verantwortlich. -

STA/10-WP/6 International Civil Aviation Organization 2/10/09 WORKING PAPER TENTH SESSION OF THE STATISTICS DIVISION Montréal, 23 to 27 November 2009 Agenda Item 1: Civil aviation statistics — ICAO classification and definition REVIEW OF DEFINITIONS OF DOMESTIC AND CABOTAGE AIR SERVICES (Presented by the Secretariat) SUMMARY Currently, ICAO uses two different definitions to identify the traffic of domestic flight sectors of international flights; one used by the Statistics Programme, based on the nature of a flight stage, and the other, used for the economic studies on air transport, based on the origin and final destination of a flight (with one or more flight stages). Both definitions have their shortcomings and may affect traffic forecasts produced by ICAO for domestic operations. A similar situation arises with the current inclusion of cabotage services under international operations. After reviewing these issues, the Fourteenth Meeting of the Statistics Panel (STAP/14) agreed to recommend that no changes be made to the current definitions and instructions. Action by the division is in paragraph 5. 1. INTRODUCTION 1.1 In its activities in the field of air transport economics and statistics, ICAO is currently using two different definitions to identify the domestic services of an air carrier. The first one used by the Statistics Programme has been reaffirmed and clarified during Ninth Meeting of the Statistics Division (STA/9) and it is the one currently shown in the Air Transport Reporting Forms. The second one is being used by the Secretariat in the studies on international airline operating economics which have been carried out since 1976 and in pursuance of Assembly Resolution A36-15, Appendix G (reproduced in Appendix A). -

Prior compliance list of aircraft operators specifying the administering Member State for each aircraft operator – June 2014 Inclusion in the prior compliance list allows aircraft operators to know which Member State will most likely be attributed to them as their administering Member State so they can get in contact with the competent authority of that Member State to discuss the requirements and the next steps. Due to a number of reasons, and especially because a number of aircraft operators use services of management companies, some of those operators have not been identified in the latest update of the EEA- wide list of aircraft operators adopted on 5 February 2014. UNIVERSIDAD POLITÉCNICA DE VALENCIA ESCUELA POLITÉCNICA SUPERIOR DE GANDÍA Grado en Turismo “Impacto del traslado del aeropuerto en la Región de Murcia frente al aeropuerto de Alicante” TRABAJO FINAL DE GRADO Autora: Inmaculada Egea Jiménez Gandía, 2020 Resumen El turismo no se puede entender sin el movimiento de las personas a través del transporte aéreo, pieza fundamental para desplazarse cómoda y rápidamente entre puntos tanto del panorama nacional como internacional. Una infraestructura aeroportuaria adecuada crea un vínculo con los turistas que supone un impulso para las regiones donde se sitúan. Este trabajo final de grado tiene como objetivo estudiar el efecto que ha supuesto el cambio de aeropuerto en la Región de Murcia, trasladando los servicios aeroportuarios del Aeropuerto de Murcia-San Javier hacia el Aeropuerto Internacional Región de Murcia, tanto en la propia Región como frente a su competidor, situado a menos de 100 kilómetros de distancia, el Aeropuerto de Alicante-Elche. Este trabajo se enmarca dentro del contexto de la organización de la aviación a nivel estatal, repercutiendo en el eje aéreo que encontramos hoy en día en España. A partir de ahí, trataremos los tres aeropuertos mencionados y con ello, la determinación de las causas de la creación del nuevo aeropuerto en la Región de Murcia situado a tan solo 40 kilómetros de distancia y el devenir que este ha tenido, con el objetivo de ofrecer una visión global actual de la materia aeroportuaria en la Región. Abstract Tourism cannot be understood without the movement of people through air transport, a fundamental piece to move comfortably and quickly between points both nationally and internationally.
