The High Commissioner directs it to be notified for general information that Don Gonzalo Dieguez Eedondo has been appointed by the Spanish Government as Consul General of Spain at Jerusalem and that he has been recognised provisional• ly by His Excellency in that capacity pending the issue of His Majesty's Exequatur. The High Commissioner directs it to be notified for general information that Don Miguel Angel Velarde y Kuiz de Cenzano has been appointed by the Spanish Government as Spanish Consul at Jerusalem and that he has been recognised by His Excellency in that capacity.
