Diageo’s consolidated financial statements have been prepared in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United Kingdom (UK GAAP), which is the group’s primary reporting framework.Unless otherwise indicated all other financial information contained in this document has been prepared in accordance with UK GAAP.
