Reheating Instructions The following items can all be warmed in a pre-heated 300°F oven. Please transfer food to a non-plastic container to warm.

Turkey Bake for 45 to 60 minutes or until internal temperature reads 150° F.

Texas Style cornbread dressing Remove, cover and bake until golden brown. Be sure the temperature reads 140° F.

Roasted Brussels sprouts with crispy pancetta Cover with foil lid and bake for 15 minutes, just until desired serving temperature. Do not overcook.

Candied sweet potatoes Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove cover and bake an additional 10 minutes until golden brown.

Whipped Yukon Gold potatoes Remove lid; cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove foil and stir to check for desired consistency. Add ½ -1 cup milk if needed. Mix well. Continue to bake covered for 10 minutes. The internal temperature should be 140°F.

Mac and cheese Bake for 15 minutes. Remove lid, continue to bake until internal temperature reaches 140° F.

Club baked rolls Place rolls on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 3-4 minutes.

Cornbread Place rolls on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 3-4 minutes.

Gravy – Stovetop Place in a large pan. Bring to boil, simmer for 5 minutes.

Gravy – Microwave Pour gravy into microwave safe bowl. Cover and microwave on high for 3 to 5 minutes.

Cranberry-Apple Relish Serve at room temperature.
