Officer Comment: This matter was receiving attention from both community councils (as per section 4.2 of the current scheme). Glencairn and Balmaclellan CC are currently both dissolved and subsequently the matter was not resolved. 5 Ruthwell & Expand the Mousewald CC is currently dissolved. All in Mousewald, Mouswald Ruthwell & Clarencefi boundary to Officer Comment: Ruthwell and Clarencefield no Ruthwell and Clarencefield eld CC incorporate longer wish to consider a boundary change and have Clarencefield CC the withdrawn the proposal areas Mousewald CC area
