Vitals for EVERY Workshop  Always call (instead of email). If an issue arises while out on tour, we ask that you contact Instructor Support via phone, rather than email. The support line (800-433-9570 Option 4) is monitored 24/7 so you will always be able to reach someone to address your needs as soon as possible. We hope that you this both helpful and efficient.

When do you call?  ROOM SETUP: If your room has not been set up or has been set up incorrectly when you arrive the morning of the workshop, please call us immediately.  MATERIALS: If the hotel cannot locate your boxes/PWD when you check in, please call and we’ll work with the hotel to locate everything.  ROOM RESERVATION: If the hotel says they have no payment on when you check-in, please call us immediately.

 PostCourse UPS Shipping Label – Your PostCourse UPS Shipping label will be included with your PWD on the first day of your tour only; please be on the lookout.

 Delayed Certificates – The certificate policy states that it may take up to 28 business days after the workshop for us to receive the post course materials. Please do not encourage attendees to call our Customer Service Department next day.

 Sign in/sign out sheet - The SISO needs to be completed by all attendees. If the attendee is a “no show”, please leave blank.
