Basic instructions on how to use Fellow Farmer: • For best results at this time, use the desktop version: www.fellowfarmer.com. We will send you information once the new ios app version has been finished and tested. • SIGN-UP: your first step is to create an account. Click Sign Up in the upper right corner of www.fellowfarmer.com . Complete the information and submit. An email from Fellow Farmer will be sent asking you to create a password (check your spam folder if you don’t see the email). • You will then be directed to the Log In screen at www.fellowfarmer.com. Type in your user name and password. • VERY IMPORTANT: this ordering platform is used by several farmers at several different locations. Once you are logged in, there is a Truck Icon on the top bar near the right. It is imperative that you select Pickup/Phillips Farms/ and the pickup date. • Begin your shopping by clicking on the items you want. There are categories on the left side to make shopping easier. • Please remember that we are asking for a minimum of $15 per order. Any order less than $15 will be rejected. • When you are finished shopping, click on the Shopping Basket icon on the top right. That will take you through Checkout and have you input your credit card information. • You will get a confirmation email from Fellow Farmer after your order has been placed. • The ability to schedule time slots is not yet available as part of Fellow Farmer. We are working on this. Right now you will get a separate email from Phillips Farms after you place your order giving you a time slot for the date you selected. • On your pickup day, pick up your order at the Pick-Your-Own shed at the main farm located at 91 Crab Apple Hill Road, Milford. When you get there, park your car, pop your trunk, and call to let us know you have arrived: 908-763-2126. We will bring your order to your car. • Please check in to Fellow Farmer often. There are new products and produce being added all the time. You can update your shopping cart at any time. • There are still several glitches in the Fellow Farmer program, so thank you in advance for your patience as we try to get things resolved as quickly as possible. • If you have any questions as you are using Fellow Farmer, or if you are coming across any issues, please don’t hesitate to reach out via email: [email protected] or you can call the Farm Office during regular business hours at 908-763-2126. • We would like you to email us feedback on the Fellow Farmer system once you have used it, as we want to improve as we move forward to better meet your needs. • As previously mentioned, the first 20 customers to place their order on Fellow Farmer will receive a 10% discount on that order.
