Geographical Data_____________ Acreage of Property 4.9 acres UTM References Zone Easting Northing 1 18 467524 4350720 Verbal Boundary Description "All that tract or parcel of land underwater in Delaware Bay, being part of what is known as Ship John Shoal, the said tract being in the form of a circle, with a radius of two hundred and sixty-three (263) feet, the center of which corresponds to a stake set for the center of the lighthouse, and is about 2.5 miles on a course south thirteen degrees and thirty minutes (13° 30') west from the center of Cohansey Lighthouse; containing four and nine-tenths (4.9) acres, be the same more or less."
