The Civil Nuclear Constabulary (CNC) only records crime at the sites where it undertakes a full policing role. The CNC undertakes a counter terrorism role at all remaining sites, with the local home office force being responsible for recording any crimes that occur there. As far as this organisation is concerned there have been no incidents of security breaches as described in your request on the sites for which the CNC records crime over the last 3 years. Other information however may be available, and in accordance with section 16 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, the CNC has a duty to provide advice and assistance in response to a request, so far as it would be reasonable to do so. As such please find below details of the thirteen police forces whose jurisdiction covers the fifteen sites where the CNC has a presence, along with the appropriate links to each police force's Freedom of Information website. We would advise that you contact these forces directly should you wish to ascertain whether any records are held relating to security breaches.
