300,000 Between February-March 2017, food assistance overall 263,790 declined by 89% in Donbas, reflecting a significant 250,000 reduction in (non-HRP partner) food distributions in the NGCA. Going from around 500,000 beneficiaries in early 2017, between March-December, an average of 67,900 200,000 185,819 beneficiaries monthly across Donbas received some type of food assistance – in NGCA alone, the monthly average was only 24,200. 150,000

 Current structure until end April 2018  Analysis of cluster coordination  FAO and WFP currently discussing and partner needs different scenarios and options  different scenarios - final CLA decision may be a fourth  Decision likely after Humanitarian option. Country Team (HCT) meeting in April  may be influenced by discussions at Humanitarian-Development Nexus Workshop in end March.

LIVELIHOODS AND SELF RELIANCE: Direct impact on food security and livelihoods ‒ Access to means of income generation, especially for agriculture and farming, is severely affected by the presence of mines and UXOs. . Public event on 4 April in Kyiv (International Mine Awareness Day] – partners are encouraged to contribute by sharing photos etc. that can be used in the event.
