Boston Beer Samuel Adams Summer Ale 1/6 Keg Wheat Beer - American Pale Wheat / 5.3% ABV / 7 IBU / Boston, MA / 1/2 Keg An American wheat ale. This hazy golden unfiltered brew combines crisp wheat with the bright citrus of lemon peel and the subtle spice of Grains of Paradise. This rare African pepper, closely related to cardamom, was first used as a brewing spice in the 13th Century and adds just the right peppery kick. All of these flavors come together to create a thirst quenching and utterly refreshing brew perfect for those warm summer days. Flying Fish Tradewinds Tropical Wheat With Passionfruit And Guava (Local) 1/6 Keg Wheat Beer - Other / 5.3% ABV / 8 IBU / Somerdale, NJ / 1/2 Keg Sometimes a change in latitude is all it takes to reveal a new path, and Tradewinds Tropical Wheat was brewed to sail. MudHen Wildwood Haze (Local) 1/6 Keg IPA - American / 7% ABV / Wildwood, NJ / 1/2 Keg NE style IPA featuring Cashmere and Motueka hops Double Nickel (2020 Batch) Ripe (Local) 1/6 Keg IPA - New England / 7.1% ABV / 12 IBU / Pennsauken, NJ / 1/2 Keg Fresh off the tree and ripe for the drinking, our newest tangerine & blood orange juicy IPA. Ripe starts off with a thick base thanks to the addition of oats and rolled oats in the mash to get it nice and chewy. It then gets dialed up to an 11 with an insane double dry-hopping of some of our favorite fruit-forward hops, Citra and Azacca, giving it intense notes of oranges, tangerines, grapefruits, and a dashing of apricot. Instead of just these hops providing all the juiciness, we added heaps of California tangerine and Italian Moro and Tarocco blood orange to this orange behemoth during fermentation to really make it sing. Ripe is tangy, hoppy, and full of love for those warm weather tree fruits.⁣ NOT AVAILABLE IN BURLINGTON & MERCER COUNTIES Be sure to check out our Limited Draft Pre-Sale Items - Contact your Kramer Beverage Sales Representative for more details May 25, 2021 Page 2 of 12 Subscribe to us on Untappd SOUR, KOLSCH, WHEAT, FRUIT BEERS & CIDERS Radeberger Gruppe Schöfferhofer Grapefruit 1/2 Keg Shandy / 2.5% ABV / Frankfurt am Main, Hessen / Now that you’ve discovered the new unique taste of our beer, we salute your ways to keep it fresh. Family businesses are usua- lly managed with a long-term vision, and there can be no doubt that the companies featured in this book provide a clear example of how to achieve this.” José María Serra, chairman of Grupo Catalana Occidente “This book is an effective tool for better understanding the manage- rial and industrial development of family businesses. This is undoub- tedly an objective approach that allows the reader to learn about the key factors that, in each case, have been fundamental to the suc- cess of centenarian companies. Moreover, it is a work of study and analysis that reveals the best practices of each company in an effort to keep its activity going throughout the years.” Tomás Osborne, chairman of the Osborne Group */3%04±0)%3s%,%.!3!.2/-£.s£'5%$!'),,0%: 'BNJMJFT5IBU$IBOHFEUIF8PSME 'BNJMZ#VTJOFTTFTBOE*OEVTUSJBMJ[BUJPO 100 Families That Changed the World Family Businesses and Industrialization Josep Tàpies, Elena San Román, Águeda Gil All rights reserved. • Beers from Germany
Beers From Germany Ayinger Celebrator Doppelbock A very strong, rich, profoundly dark beer to be savored on special occasions. Celebrator is served as a winter warmer in Bavaria, where it is a noted example of the “Double-Bock” style. Despite its full richness, this beer has a nice smoky dryness. Bitburger Premium Pils A full bodied pilsner brewed according to the German Purity Law. Dry finished with a little more hops than a normal pilsner. Erdinger Hefe Weissbier A refreshing, tingling and mellow delight. The fresh, glistening, amber color and a superb frothy head are unmistakable. Erdinger Hefe Weissbier Dark A refreshingly rich, smooth weissbier with a full-bodied flavor. Fine hops and dark malts contribute to its spicy flavor. Franziskaner Hefe Weissbier Top fermented, very refreshing, brewed according to a time honored Bavarian recipe. Gaffel Kölsch Delicately bitter, pleasant and slightly hoppy taste. • On Tap Lancaster Liederkranz Beer News March 13, 2019
On Tap Lancaster Liederkranz Beer News March 13, 2019 With great beers rotating in and the Bockbier Fest on Saturday, there’s only good choices this week at the Liederkranz! The Warsteiner Brewery was founded in 1753, and today is one of the largest privately held breweries in Germany. Located in the Sauerland region, east of Dortmund in the German state of Westphalia, the company is managed by the 9th generation of the Cramer family, Catharina Cramer. Warsteiner Premium Verum, a German style pilsener, is Warsteiner's most popular beer, and is exported to over 60 countries. Warsteiner is brewed with fresh Arnsberger Forest spring water sourced at the brewery in Warstein, Germany; a naturally soft water that helps to create the smooth taste and creamy head. Two-row malted summer barley and all German hops brew out to a very accommodating 4.8% ABV. Varying only the variety of hops employed each time Victory brews a Braumeister Pils, this seasonal beer is a local favorite. The normal dry, quenching pilsner character is enhanced by the spicy notes of Hallertau hops while the Tettnang hops provide some piney flavors. A solid German malt base makes for good balance right through a generous finish. Sierra Nevada has been a force in American brewing since 1980 and basically underwrote a significant chunk of the craft beer movement with their iconic Pale Ale, brewed from the start of their opening. Significant growth led to large expansions in 1987 and 1997 and culminated in the establishment of a LEED certified brewing facility in Mills River, NC.

  • SUSTAINABILITY REPORT WARSTEINER BREWERY 2012 Preface
260 YEARS OF RESPONSIBLE BREWING 2012 SUSTAINABILITY REPORT SUSTAINABILITY SUSTAINABILITY REPORT WARSTEINER BREWERY 2012 Preface Dear Reader, In 2013, Warsteiner Brewery celebrated its 260th anniversary and is today managed in the 9th generation by Catharina Cramer. The success in passing on and continuously growing its business since 1753, from generation to generation, exemplifies the Cramer family’s deep commitment to the entrepreneurial spirit of thinking and acting across generations. This traditional, yet very modern mindset, forms the foundation of our first sustainability report as presented here. For many decades, our maxim “Tradition through Innovation” has brought us enormous success in the German brewing industry. The name of our managing partner, Albert Cramer, who passed away in the fall of 2012, is closely associated with this maxim. AC, as he was called by many employees based on his initials, was a visionary who wrote brew history in Germany. As the first German brewery owner, Albert Cramer launched national advertisement campaigns promoting his beer as early as in the 1970s. He succeeded in making his Warsteiner brand socially acceptable at the highest level. Albert Cramer laid the foundation for the market segment of German premium beers, which the Warsteiner Brewery continued to further expand in the following decades by launching numerous new products and packaging, trend-setting communication campaigns as well as making major investments in its innovative production facilities and state-of-the-art brewing technologies.
