When you arrive at the building: 1. Enter through revolving door and turn right and greet the concierge. 2. Let them know your name, and that you are corporate housing guests of Exquisite Lodging staying in Apt. 3007. 3. Take the keys and head up via the elevator to the 30th floor. Use the fob on the keyset to swipe the pad next to the floor numbers on the elevator before pressing floor number. You'll need to do this each time you use the elevator. 4. This unit is usually for business travelers and corporate housing stays. We usually have customers stay with us 30 nights or longer, which is what the property management prefers.
