It has been lovely to get into the swing of being back Forthcoming Diary Dates at school and, small things, like Comic Relief Day and a School Dinners Next Week - Week 2 visit from the Schools’ Ministry Team, really help to Monday 22nd March and Wednesday 24th March bring a touch of normality to what is a bit of a topsy-  Parents’ Evening - via telephone - 3.30pm - 6.30pm turvy world at present! Tuesday 23rd March On Monday, I shall be sharing with you the small  Non-Uniform Day for Year 6 for raising the most changes which we will be reintroducing after Easter as money in the Christmas raffle we start the next step of our journey back to Friday 26th March Buttsbury as we used to know it! An Alien in the Jam Factory - Virtual Book Launch The non-uniform day for anyone who has achieved their RED You might recall that I wrote about this book a few award so far this academic year is on: FRIDAY 26th MARCH. weeks ago, as the main character is based on Abigail Small (4P) and features some ideas from Edith Parents’ Evening Appointments Longlade (also in 4P). Mothers’ Day Sale Thank you again for supporting this Comic Relief 2021 event which raised £690 for the It was lovely to see the school splashed with the colour red to- Friends’ Association. Schools Ministry Billericay (SMB) Assemblies We also have a competition for each year group - It was lovely to welcome Charlotte and Sue back into school this ’Guess the Weight of the Eggs and the Jar’ - which is week to lead our assemblies - they delivered four separate 50p a go. assemblies, one to each year group.
