Visu Verum from Vision to Reality INTRODUCTION visu verum from vision to reality INTRODUCTION Visu Verum was founded in 2010 to provide a range of services within the design and build sector for home owners and property professionals. Our projects consist of small refurbishments, extensions, new build properties and commercial projects throughout London and Elmbridge. We work in a totally transparent way to guarantee each project is delivered to the highest possible standard for the right budget which in turn has allowed us to successfully complete countless projects. Our ethos is to make every clients vision a reality, whether the project is a single room in an apartment, full refurbishment or a complete new build, we believe that every client’s journey to create their ideal space should be an enjoyable experience. Residential Refurbishments AVENUE ROAD Full refurbishment of 2500 sq. ft. lateral apartment in St Johns Wood Services: Planning submission, interior design, procurement, project management and full FF&E The team were retained to undertake a full refurbishment of a very tired and unloved apartment which had stood empty for circa 10 years. The works included a full strip out of all existing fixtures and fit- tings, new bathrooms, new kitchen, removal of partition wall to allow open plan living and dining areas, new lighting, electrics and installation of new underfloor heating and airconditioning through- out. In addition, the owners required a full FF&E service which included everything right down to the knives and forks. Completed 2019 Burwood Park Full refurbishment of 5000 sq. ft. family home in Surrey Burwood Park Full refurbishment of 5000 sq. ft. family home in Surrey Services: Interior design, procurement, project management, construction and FF&E Full refurbishment of a much loved family home that required refur- bishment to enable the family to stay rather than move home. The works included new bathrooms, refurbished kitchen units, re- furbished staircase, new floor finishes throughout, refinishing of ex- isting timber flooring, bespoke joinery, new double glazed windows throughout, design and installation of new porch, new driveway, pool terrace and built-in BBQ area. A key feature in this project was the design and installation of a new bar which worked beautifully. New curtains and blinds throughout and formal living furniture was also selected, procured and installed. Completed 2018 Portobello Road Full refurbishment of 1,600 sq. ft. private residence in Nottinghill Portobello Road Full refurbishment of a 1,600 sq. ft private residence in Nottinghill The refurbishment of this Victorian terraced home included the construction of a basement and first floor rear extension. Completed 2014 Chelsea Apartment Full refurbishment of 700 sq. ft. apartment on Kings Road in Chelsea Services: Interior design, procurement, project management and full FF&E Full refurbishment of a compact, two bedroom apartment in a su- perb location in Chelsea for an overseas client. The apartment required new lighting and electrics, new kitchen, new flooring, bespoke joinery, redecoration throughout and recon- figuration of an old bathroom and wc into one luxurious shower room. A full FF&E service was also provided. Completed 2017 Ebury Street Full refurbishment of 2,300 sq. ft. private residence in Belgravia Falcon Wharf Refurbishment of 1200 sq. ft. apartment on the River Thames, Battersea Services: Interior design, procurement, project management and full FF&E Full refurbishment of a two storey, three bedroom apartment in a superb location in Battersea for an overseas client. The apartment required refurbishment including, bespoke joinery, redecoration throughout, new flooring and full FF&E package for a family of 6. Completed 2016 Residential New Builds Fenwick Design & build of 10,000 sq. ft. luxury home in Cobham, Surrey Services: Planning, design, build, internal fitout and full FF&E package Full design and build of this impressive 7 bedroom luxury family home in a private estate in Cobham. A defining feature of the house is its stunning triple height entrance hall leading to the formal dining and drawing rooms, a generously proportioned study and with the open-plan family living areas and hand crafted kitchen all of which lead out into the gardens. A full FF&E package was also specified, procured and installed by our team. Completed 2017 Highview House Design & build of 9,000 sq. ft. family home in Surrey Services: Planning, design, build, internal fitout and full FF&E package VV developed this site after demolition of an existing bungalow. The team designed and built this unique and elegant 6 bedroom fam- ily home with meticulous attention to detail and it was sold off plan to an overseas buyer. At the clients request, a full FF&E package was also specified, pro- cured and installed by our team. Completed 2016 Avondale Design & build of 13,500 sq. ft. luxury home in a private, gated estate in Oxshott Services: Planning, design, build and internal fitout This stunning home was fully designed and built by the team in the prestigious Crown Estate, Oxshott. The house has a feature helical staircase, beautifully arranged enter- taining spaces, a vast master suite, 5 further double bedrooms plus staff accommodation, a swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam room. A real labour of love. Completed 2019 Peek Crescent Design & build of 8,500 sq. ft. home in Wimbledon Services: Planning, design, build, internal fitout and full FF&E package Full design and build of this classical 6 bedroom family home in Wimbledon Village for a private client. A full FF&E package was also specified, procured and installed by our team. Completed 2016 Melbury & Hillview Design & build of 2 3,000 sq. ft. family homes in Wimbledon Services: Planning, design, build, internal fitout and full FF&E package These family homes were designed for modern family living while retaining beautiful classical details which are so often forgotten about in new homes. The homes consist of a formal living area connected to a study. Open plan kitchen, dining and family rooms are accessed via glazed sliding doors with bifold doors opening out to very spacious gardens. The Commission has decided to give effect to the recommendations. A draft of the instrument has been laid before Parliament and a period of forty days has expired and neither House has resolved that the instrument be not made.
