Visu Verum was founded in 2010 to provide a range of services within the design and build sector for home owners and property professionals.
Our projects consist of small refurbishments, extensions, new build properties and commercial projects throughout London and Elmbridge.
We work in a totally transparent way to guarantee each project is delivered to the highest possible standard for the right budget which in turn has allowed us to successfully complete countless projects.
Our ethos is to make every clients vision a reality, whether the project is a single room in an apartment, full refurbishment or a complete new build, we believe that every client’s journey to create their ideal space should be an enjoyable experience. Residential Refurbishments AVENUE ROAD
Full refurbishment of 2500 sq. ft. lateral apartment in St Johns Wood

The team were retained to undertake a full refurbishment of a very tired and unloved apartment which had stood empty for circa 10 years.
The works included a full strip out of all existing fixtures and fit- tings, new bathrooms, new kitchen, removal of partition wall to allow open plan living and dining areas, new lighting, electrics and installation of new underfloor heating and airconditioning through- out.
In addition, the owners required a full FF&E service which included everything right down to the knives and forks.

Full refurbishment of a much loved family home that required refur- bishment to enable the family to stay rather than move home.
The works included new bathrooms, refurbished kitchen units, re- furbished staircase, new floor finishes throughout, refinishing of ex- isting timber flooring, bespoke joinery, new double glazed windows throughout, design and installation of new porch, new driveway, pool terrace and built-in BBQ area.
A key feature in this project was the design and installation of a new bar which worked beautifully.
New curtains and blinds throughout and formal living furniture was also selected, procured and installed.

Full refurbishment of a compact, two bedroom apartment in a su- perb location in Chelsea for an overseas client.
The apartment required new lighting and electrics, new kitchen, new flooring, bespoke joinery, redecoration throughout and recon- figuration of an old bathroom and wc into one luxurious shower room.
A full FF&E service was also provided.

A full FF&E package was also specified, procured and installed by our team.

VV developed this site after demolition of an existing bungalow.
The team designed and built this unique and elegant 6 bedroom fam- ily home with meticulous attention to detail and it was sold off plan to an overseas buyer.
