ASHLEY HUGHES ~ FAIRBROTHER JOINERY EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR Ashley is a worthy recipient of this award, recognising not only the contribution he has made this year, but his continued commitment to seeing the business succeed. Ashley is responsible for delivering varied projects with many men under his wing. He also oversees maintenance to all workshop machines. He goes above and beyond what is expected and is always first to put his hand up when help is needed. Whether it’s early starts or late nights, we can rely on Ashley to get the job done without fuss. ~ Dion Clarke MATTHEW LEGRO ~ FACILITY MANAGEMENT EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR Matt is a highly respected member of the Facility Management team. He played a pivotal leading hand role under Phil Berwick at Brooks High School. Tom’s first project as foreman gives me great confidence that we have another exceptional leader in the ranks. Tom leads by example and communicates well. There is no fuss, he just goes about his business quietly and quickly, often exceeding project expectations. I can’t think of a more worthy recipient. ~ Nick Freeman BRAD VAN DEN BOSCH ~ CONSTRUCTION VICTORIA EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR
