These fertilizers plants are the largest in terms of compound fertilizer manufacturing, capable of producing nitrogen, phosphate and potash based fertilizers as balanced nutrient solutions. At both Pakarab Fertilizers and Fatima Fertilizer plants, a wide variety of fertilizers are produced. These include the following: 1. Sarsabz Urea, the most commonly used nitrogen fertilizer. It contains 46% Nitrogen. 2. Sarsabz Calcium Ammonium Nitrate (CAN) is a nitrogenous fertilizer with high efficiency. It contains 26% nitrogen. The Sarsabz. combination of nitrate and ammonia make it a special product with a neutral pH. It is effective with water and it is also effective with low moisture. 3. Sarsabz Nitro Phosphate (NP), balanced combination of phosphate and nitrogen. It contains 22% nitrogen and 20% Phosphorus. It has a low pH of 3.5, which makes the product acidic and suitable for highly alkaline soils, like in Pakistan. In Pakistan, the soil health is well below nutrient level due to cropping, overuse, extreme conditions and focus on Nitrogen based fertilizers only.
