Business Results for the First Three Quarters of FY2019 • Increase in revenue and income compared with the same period of the previous year due in part to increase in number of condominium sales posted in the residence business and increase in property sales to investors in the commercial properties business. • No change in full-year earnings forecast from the figures announced at the beginning of the period as all businesses are performing well. Steady progress is being made toward achieving operating income of ¥50.0 billion, the goal of the medium-term business plan.

Topics • Urban development plan for “Urban Redevelopment Project for Yaesu 1-Chome North Area” decided. • Decided on “T-LOGI” as the brand name for Tokyo Tatemono logistics facilities. Shareholder returns policy The Company’s basic policy for distribution of profits is to make efforts to maintain and enhance stable distribution levels by comprehensively taking into account future management environment, business development, changes in business results, etc. while building internal reserve for reinvestment toward enhancement of corporate value. In addition, the Company sets a target payout ratio of about 30%.
