General Information Pursuant to Section 55 of the Federal Data
General information pursuant to Section 55 of the Federal Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz - BDSG) regarding data processing by customs authorities in the context of criminal offences and infringements of rules of law (Last updated: December 2018) Preface Among the functions of Customs are the prevention, detection, investigation and prosecution of certain offences and infringements of rules of law including the enforcement of the fines imposed by the customs authorities. In order to fulfil this role, the customs services are entitled to process personal data. The information detailed in this letter concerns: • Controls under aspects of customs and movement of cash law • Procedures concerning tax-related criminal offences and infringements of rules of law • Procedures concerning criminal offences and infringements in non-tax relevant areas (excluding the Financial Monitoring Unit to Control Unreported or Illicit Employment) The information contained herein only concerns the processing of personal data by the customs authorities (main customs offices, customs investigation offices, the German Customs Criminological Office, the Federal Treasury and its branches, and the General Customs Directorate). Data processing by the tax administration (tax offices, regional finance directorates, state offices for finance, Federal Central Tax Office) is not addressed. “Personal data” means any information that directly relates to an identified or identifiable natural person. When financial authorities “process” personal data, it means that they collect, save, apply, transfer, make available for retrieval, edit or delete data. In the following we will provide information about the kind of personal data that we collect, who we collect it from, and what we do with this data. In addition, we will inform you about your privacy rights in relation to data protection and advise you on whom to contact if you have any questions or complaints. -

Port popular şi uniformă a statului într-un portret de nuntă din anii 1950-1952 Nicolae Adrian ALEXE* Between 2nd July and 4th August 2013, ASTRA National Museum was the host ofthe temporary exhibition cal/ed "Mărginimea Sibiului", which was created in collaboration with Mr. Laurent Chrzanovski, PhD. One ofthe exhibits was a weddingportrait (drawing after a photo), created in Sibiu Sourroundings or in Loamneş (in Sibiu county), representing a militsiyaman holding the rank of sergeant (a non-commisioned officer) ofmilitsiya (Romanian police during the communist regime), in his uniform, along with his bride, who was wearing a traditional folk costume, which portrait is the topic of the article. Jt analyses the significance of the two costumes, it's describing the bride's traditional romanian costume and the costum of the militsiyaman, analysing all the details of the uniform. With its help, the photo can be placed between 23th October 1950 and 23thAugust 1952. The article is thefirst paper in the uniform area, because the description ofthe romanian militsiya uniform wasn 't the topic for a scientific paper until now. Alsa, the article is a challenge for starting new research topics in Open A ir MuseumASTRA. Laurent Chrzanovski. Unul dintre exponate a fost un portret (desen efectuat după o fotografie) de nuntă, realizat în Mărginimea Sibiului sau în Loamneş (judeţul Sibiu), datând de la mijlocului secolului trecut, reprezentând un mire - miliţian cu proaspăta nevastă, în costum popular ( fig.1 ), portret ce constituie subiectul prezentului articol. -

9 dicembre 2020 Censimento permanente delle Istituzioni Pubbliche: Forze di polizia, Forze armate e Capitanerie di porto. Anni 2015 e 2017 I censimenti permanenti della popolazione e delle unità economiche rappresentano un’importante innovazione nell’ambito della statistica ufficiale, fino al 2011 caratterizzata da censimenti generali a cadenza decennale. Quelli effettuati sulle unità economiche sono accomunati dalla medesima strategia e si basano su due elementi cardine: l’uso di un registro statistico, realizzato dall’Istat attraverso l’integrazione di diverse fonti amministrative e statistiche e aggiornato annualmente; una rilevazione diretta a forte valenza tematica, necessaria a completare, a cadenza periodica (per le istituzioni pubbliche biennale e dalla prossima edizione triennale; per imprese e istituzioni non profit triennale), il quadro informativo e consentire l’analisi in serie storica del profilo di istituzioni pubbliche, imprese e istituzioni non profit. La strategia censuaria prevede, a regime, che negli anni non coperti da rilevazione diretta il rilascio dei dati sia di fonte registro. Nel 2016, l’Istat ha avviato la prima edizione del Censimento permanente delle istituzioni pubbliche (data di riferimento 31/12/2015)1, basato sull’integrazione del Registro di base delle istituzioni pubbliche con le informazioni desunte dall’indagine statistica diretta. Da quest’ultima sono state escluse le scuole statali (oltre 40mila), vista la disponibilità di informazioni di fonte amministrativa. L’indagine diretta a supporto del Registro delle istituzioni pubbliche si basa su una parte di informazioni core, da acquisire con continuità, e su un set di informazioni di approfondimento da raccogliere a cadenza pluriennale. Rispetto al precedente Censimento generale a cadenza decennale, il Censimento permanente delle istituzioni pubbliche ha esteso la rilevazione2 a Forze di polizia, Forze armate e Capitanerie di porto, secondo specifiche modalità condivise in accordo con i Ministeri competenti. -

Strasbourg, 15 December 2009 MIN-LANG/PR (2010) 1 EUROPEAN CHARTER FOR REGIONAL OR MINORITY LANGUAGES Fourth Periodical Report presented to the Secretary General of the Council of Europe in accordance with Article 15 of the Charter SWITZERLAND Periodical report relating to the European Charter for Regional or Minority Languages Fourth report by Switzerland 4 December 2009 SUMMARY OF THE REPORT Switzerland ratified the European Charter for Regional or Minority Languages (Charter) in 1997. The Charter came into force on 1 April 1998. Article 15 of the Charter requires states to present a report to the Secretary General of the Council of Europe on the policy and measures adopted by them to implement its provisions. Switzerland‘s first report was submitted to the Secretary General of the Council of Europe in September 1999. Since then, Switzerland has submitted reports at three-yearly intervals (December 2002 and May 2006) on developments in the implementation of the Charter, with explanations relating to changes in the language situation in the country, new legal instruments and implementation of the recommendations of the Committee of Ministers and the Council of Europe committee of experts. This document is the fourth periodical report by Switzerland. The report is divided into a preliminary section and three main parts. The preliminary section presents the historical, economic, legal, political and demographic context as it affects the language situation in Switzerland. The main changes since the third report include the enactment of the federal law on national languages and understanding between linguistic communities (Languages Law) (FF 2007 6557) and the new model for teaching the national languages at school (—HarmoS“ intercantonal agreement). -
Finnish Border Guard Instructions for Border Traffic in Accordance with the Government Decision of 12/06/2020
FINNISH BORDER GUARD INSTRUCTIONS FOR BORDER TRAFFIC IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE GOVERNMENT DECISION OF 12/06/2020 On 12 June 2020, the Government decided on the partial extension of internal border control and the restriction of external border traffic until 14 July 2020. These instructions issued by the Finnish border guard provide passengers with information on the changes that apply to permitted cross- border traffic as of 15 May. As of 15 June 2020, internal border control will be terminated for traffic between Finland and Norway, Denmark, Iceland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania as well as for recreational boats between Schengen countries. The aforementioned traffic is unrestricted at all airports and in all ports, provided that the point of transport is open. All airports will be opened for passenger traffic, taking into account travel restrictions for internal and external border traffic. Until 14 July 2020, internal border control has been reinstated on the land border between Finland and Sweden; in air traffic with the exception of traffic between Finland and Norway, Denmark, Iceland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania; and in waterborne traffic, with the exception of recreational boat traffic and regular ferry services between Finland and Norway, Denmark, Iceland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. The following are permitted at internal borders where border control has been reinstated: return to Finland return traffic to other EU and Schengen countries or via them commuter traffic other essential traffic. Restrictions on border traffic will continue at external borders until 14 July 2020. Since becoming a sovereign state 61 years ago, Indonesia is still facing a series of territorial border problems. Up until today, Indonesia has reached agreements with its neighbouring countries related to demarcation and state border delineation. However, the lack of an unequivocal authority for border management has left serious implications for the state’s sovereignty and its citizen’s security. The Indonesian border of today, is still having to deal with border crime, which includes the violation of the territorial border, smuggling and terrorist infiltration, illegal fishing, illegal logging and Human Rights violations. These kinds of violations have also made a serious impact on the state’s sovereignty and citizen’s security. As of today, Indonesia still has an ‘un-settled’ sea territory, with regard to the rights of sovereignty (Additional Zone, Economic Exclusive Zone, and continent plate). This frequently provokes conflict between the authorised sea-territory officer on patrol and foreign ships or fishermen from neighbouring countries. One of the principal border problems is the Sipadan-Ligitan dispute between Indonesia and Malaysia, which started in 1969. -
