Anti-KCNF1 monoclonal antibody, clone T3 (DCABH-12068) This product is for research use only and is not intended for diagnostic use.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Antigen Description Voltage-gated potassium (Kv) channels represent the most complex class of voltage-gated ion channels from both functional and structural standpoints. Their diverse functions include regulating neurotransmitter release, heart rate, insulin secretion, neuronal excitability, epithelial electrolyte transport, smooth muscle contraction, and cell volume. This encodes a member of the , voltage-gated, subfamily F. This gene is intronless and expressed in all tissues tested, including the heart, skeletal muscle, brain, kidney, and pancreas.

Immunogen KCNF1 (AAH26110, 1 a.a. ~ 494 a.a) full-length recombinant with GST tag. MW of the GST tag alone is 26 KDa.
