I have also been awarded, and involved with, some significant design commissions from internationally respected institutions and curators. 2016 ‘Mansio’ A contemporary structure celebrating new work from writers, artists and thinkers. Winning entry submitted for invited design competition. Competition was to design a temporary structure that would travel to a series of locations along Hadrian’s Wall during the summer of 2016. Commission award £50,000. 2011 100% Design Central Bar Design Competition Competition run by the Architecture Foundation and 100% Design. Winning entry to invited competition to design the Central Bar at 100% Design. Price consisted of £20,000 to design and build the proposal. Design Project Commissions: 2010 Reworking of Allan Kaprow’s ‘18 Happenings in 6 Parts’, in collaboration with Artist Pablo Bronstein (ICA, Tate Britain), performed at the Royal Festival Hall, London, as part of the exhibition ‘Move’ at the Hayward Gallery, London, November 2010. Value £4000. 2008 Camden Council Arts Development Commission for ‘Model For A Monument’, a temporary installation sited in Russell Square, London as part of the London Festival of Architecture 2008. Internal. 2010 Arts Council England, Grants for the Arts Grant awarded for the performance and stage work ‘Lapped Translated Lines’ a multidisciplinary performance at Sadler’s Wells Theatre, London, in October 2010.
