Capitulo V Propuesta De La Investigacion 140 CAPÍTULO V PROPUESTA DE LA INVESTIGACIÓN 141 CAPITULO V PROPUESTA DE LA INVESTIGACION 1. TRATAMIENTO La serie de micros reportajes informativos radial tiene el nombre de “HABLEMOS DE FÚTBOL“ que consiste en la producción de un seriado informativo radial para el rescate de la identidad hacia el fútbol venezolano en el municipio Maracaibo, que como bien el nombre lo indica se desarrollara la problemática de la falta de apoyo de los venezolanos para el talento nacional en esta disciplina, tratándose de manera dinámica y audaz que pueda llamar la atención de todas las personas y puedan escuchar la importancia y los datos relevantes de las selecciones venezolanas en el fútbol. Esta serie de micros reportajes informativos radiales para el rescate de la identidad hacia el fútbol venezolano en el municipio Maracaibo puede ser conducido o moderado por los futuros comunicadores sociales en mención audiovisual, deben tratar de inyectar dinamismo y e interactuar con las necesidades de información del publico marabino con respecto al fútbol venezolano y sus noticias importantes. Es importante destacar que el siguiente programa o serie de micros reportajes informativa radial para el rescate de la identidad hacia el fútbol 141 142 venezolano en el municipio Maracaibo que lleva el nombre “HABLEMOS DE Fútbol” se regirá por las condiciones legales del periodista y la ley resorte de Venezuela, será para todo público, tendrá elemento de lenguaje tipo A, violencia tipo A, salud tipo A, que pueden ser escuchados por niños, niñas y adolescentes sin la supervisión de sus padres, madres, representantes o responsables. Se destaca además las características en el área de la radio que será un seriado de micros y como bien lo indica si nombre “micros” con la duración de 4 a 5 minutos, con respecto a su contenido cuenta con una de las más relevantes de los reportajes como es tener un objetivo informativo con una problemática de la actualidad que en este caso se discute la falta de la identidad al fútbol venezolano. Se le propondrá además a los medios gubernamentales y estadales a los cuales estas serie de micros informativos radiales están dirigidos que su transmisión sean que el horario elegido por el publico marabino que se tomó como conclusión que el mejor horario de presentarlos es en la tarde esto se analizó en las encuestas realizadas a la muestra del municipio Maracaibo. El material o la pieza radiofónica será entregado a los medios estadales, gubernamentales y cualquier ente competente con el deporte venezolano, con la intención o el propósito de que estos puedan idear la manera de transmitir nuestro material “HABLEMOS DE FÚTBOL” para promocionar y darle importancia al talento venezolano en la disciplina además de cumplir un elemento importante en manera informativa y educacional para la sociedad. 143 HABLEMOS DE FÚTBOL, tendrá como elemento sonoro música alternativa, para causar un ambiente de confianza y relajación dinámico con los escuchas o los usuarios, además se utilizaran efectos sonoros dentro de la serie de micros reportajes informativos radiales que serán cuidados y perfectamente seleccionados para la mayor coherencia y estética para brindar la mayor calidad en cada una de las piezas radiofónicas presentadas. HABLEMOS DE FÚTBOL utilizara materiales sencillos para su realización, micrófonos, cds de audio, consola de música, y material para tomar notas (libretas, bolígrafos, etc). Con respecto al equipo humano, se necesito con la ayuda de una persona que con experiencia que controlo los equipos especiales de edición y consola, un editor, y los dos locutores (Méndez Carlos). Las mejores ambiciones sobre el Trabajo Especial de Grado es que los entes gubernamentales y competentes del deporte nacional, valoren las piezas que serán entregadas para el valor de la disciplina del fÚtbol venezolano, y puedan idear las maneras de difundirlo por el mayor número de medios posibles. 2. PROPÓSITOS U OBJETIVOS Uno de los objetivos principales y primordiales para el Trabajo Especial de Grado es tratar de crear la identidad de los marabinos hacia el fútbol venezolano y que estos puedan apoyar el talento nacional. 144 Se busca concientizar a los marabinos de la importancia del fútbol venezolano, y dar las oportunidades y los medios para que estos puedan darse cuenta que Venezuela es un país lleno de talento, pero sin ayuda para progresar y salir adelante. Se abarca además el ámbito informativo y educacional, con la que se pretende ampliar y establecer el conocimiento y cultura social de los marabinos. Otro de los objetivos importantes pero sin dejar de lado el principal es el entretener a la sociedad de manera dinámica y divertida, con un tema de problemática social actual. 3. PRESUPUESTO DESCRIPCION DE LAS NECESIDADES MONTO O COSTO Edición: 2 horas de edición del seriado de los micro tiene un costo de 120 reportajes informativos BsF. CDS de audio: se prepararan 6 discos para la tiene un costo de 60 BsF posterior entrega a los entes gubernamentales y cualquier medio que esté interesado en escuchar y promocionar el talento nacional del futbol venezolano se estará dispuesto a facilitar las piezas radiofónicas. Material de oficina: el material de oficina ser a tiene un presupuesto de manejado como hojas blancas, libretas para tomar 150 BsF apuntes, cajas de bolígrafos, grapadoras sencillas. Emisora: el espacio para grabar las serie de micro tiene un monto de 200 reportajes informativos radiales Bsf En total la producción de una serie de micro es de 530 BsF reportajes informativos radial es para el rescate de la identidad hacia el futbol venezolano 145 4. GUION GUION HISTORIA DEL DEPORTE LEY RESORTE INTRO MUSICAL T: 6 SEG BAJA A FONDO MUSICAL ENTRA VOZ IMAGEN La universidad Rafael Belloso Chacín y la escuela de comunicación social para la cátedra Radio presentan. VOZ DE PRESENTACION T: 10 SEG En este micro te llevaremos un resumen de lo más resaltante del futbol Nacional. Y solo lo podrás escuchar por aquí. FONDO MUSICAL T: 20 SEG LOC: 1 Después de haber hablado sobre los récords, reglas, historia y comparación del futbol Venezolano con el futbol del resto del mundo en los micros anteriores, realizaremos las reflexiones pertinentes para incentivar al público venezolano en especial al marabino a que apoye al futbol nacional y así lograr que este se proyecte en cada uno de los rincones del país. 146 FONDO MUSICAL T: 25 SEG LOC: 1 Para poder mejorar lo que es el mundo futbolístico en Venezuela debemos empezar haciendo una restructuración en el organismo que lleva las riendas de esta disciplina la Federación Venezolana de Futbol ya que este ente no ha podido lograr que el futbol en el país tenga un nivel optimo y se posicione de la manera que este merece. FONDO MUSICAL T: 15 SEG LOC: 1 Entra con la voz del entrevistado con la pregunta dos del resumen, cual piensa usted que sean las primeras acciones que deben hacer los medios competentes al futbol venezolano……) asi opino el (profesión y nombre) FONDO MUSICAL T: 20 SEG LOC: 1 Debemos propiciar cambios dentro de la federación no es posible que su presidente tenga mas de 20 años como máximo jerarca en el balompié venezolano, debemos inyectar sangre nueva para refrescar la imagen tanto de la federación como de cada una de la federaciones a nivel regional y no permitir monopolios dentro este organismo. 147 FONDO MUSICAL T: 30 SEG LOC: 2 Se debería incentivar a los jugadores mejorándole el salario para que este no emigren a otros países y tengamos en Venezuela un futbol de primera y así tener jugadores de calidad para ir mejorando cada día más el nivel del futbol Nacional. Esto seria la punta de lanza para que el publico acuda a cada una de las plazas a presenciar los partidos del torneo de primera división. FONDO MUSICAL T: 15 SEG LOC: 1 Mejorar y mantener el buen estado en cada uno de los estadios donde se practique esta disciplina para que el público se motive a ir al juego y se sienta cómodo y seguro. Al tener los estadios limpios y arreglados se podrían albergar en Venezuela competiciones de alto nivel como campeonatos suramericanos hasta mundiales de futbol de categorías inferiores. FONDO MUSICAL T: 15 SEG LOC: 1 Opinando como ciudadano y (profesión del entrevistado) el señor (nombre de la entrevistada platea los aporte asi (pregunta 1) 148 FONDO MUSICAL T: 20 SEG LOC: 1 Se deben propiciar micros informativos radiales para que mantengan informado al público sobre el futbol nacional o programas que le de una amplia cobertura al futbol Venezolano y podrá tener como resultado que la gente este mas al dia con todo lo que acontece en el mundo futbolístico del país y se creara de esta manera conciencia e identidad dentro de la población. FONDO MUSICAL T: 20 SEG LOC: 1 A la prensa tanto regional como nacional también se debería de llamar a la conciencia para que proporcione información en algunas de sus paginas informativas y así mantener informado a ese publico que no escucha radio o no mira la televisión, solo es aportar un espacio para colocar la fecha de cada uno de los encuentros que se efectuaran en cada una de las jornadas. FONDO MUSICAL T: 15 SEG LOC: 1 Entra con la voz del entrevistado y la pregunta 3, las palabras de concientización, asi opino el (nombre del entrevistado y profesión) FONDO MUSICAL T: 30 SEG 149 DESPEDIDA DEL LOCUTOR LOC: 2 De esta manera hemos finalizado este resumen donde llamamos a la conciencia tanto a los medios de comunicación, entes gubernamentales, y federación Venezolana de Futbol a que hagan sus aporte y asi mejorar el desempeño de cada uno de los clubes del futbol nacional, de la selección Venezolana de futbol y de esta manera tener un futbol competitivo y de primera.

Joy San Buenaventura and Members of the Judiciary Committee Submitted By: Stephanie Kendrick, Public Policy Advocate Hawaiian Humane Society, 808-356-2217 RE: Testimony in support of HB2072, HDl: Relating to HRS 711-1109 Thursday, Feb. 22, 2018, 2 p.m., Capitol room 325 The Hawaiian Humane Society supports the passage of House Bill 2072, which would prohibit the use of specific tethering equipment and techniques that are injurious to dogs. However, we oppose the proposed amendments reducing the penalties for a tethering violation. We understand the intent of the penalty change is to compel compliance with the new law without imposing a misdemeanor charge. But as the animal service provider for Oahu, we can attest that our humane investigators already use education when possible to modify behavior. Citations are issued and charges are brought only if attempts at education have failed to change illegal behavior and there is documented evidence of harm to one or more animals. In recent years the Legislature has strengthened animal cruelty penalties to recognize the serious nature of these crimes. These amendments would erode those efforts. We do agree that psychological counseling (page 5, line 13 through page6, line 3) may be a useful tool for rehabilitating animal cruelty offenders. We would support the addition of that option to the existing sentencing guidelines for all animal cruelty cases.
