TEACHER STUDENT INTERACTION

The first Teacher-Student Interaction Session for the month was conducted on Friday 9th October 2020 through Watsapp video call. This interaction was planned (only for LKG children, one to one basis) such that the teachers get abreast with student’s progress in academics. Children were asked oral portion on topics like A-Z with phonic sounds, Prenumber concepts, Numbers Recognition 1-40, Picture Talk, body parts and GK questions etc. The session was observed to be very useful as teachers could assess the children’s progress and students also enjoyed interacting with their teachers.

Similarly for UKG children, subject wise portion was forwarded on 7th, 8th & 9th October 2020 and children were asked to complete the work and post the completed work picture on teachers personal window before 10:30 on the same day. This way teachers could assess children’s academic progress individually. On these three days children had very less academic portion to complete, so to make it exciting for children, our HM Mrs Swati Adak came up with a unique idea to keep the children engaged. A story telling session (video), by teachers was posted on all class groups from 7th to 9th post the academic portion. In this session, three different stories were presented each day, children thoroughly enjoyed the stories as the stories were enacted by their teachers.
