Aithal is belonging to Udupi, India, born on 04/04/1966. He has M.Sc. in Physics from Mangalore University, India, M.Sc. in E-Business from Manipal University, India, M.Tech. in Information Technology from Karnataka University, India, Ph.D. in Physics from Mangalore University, India, and Ph.D. in Management from Manipal University, India. His major fields of study are characterization of nonlinear optical materials, optical solutions, e-commerce and mobile business. He has two years post doctoral research experience at Physical Research Laboratory, Ahmedabad, India and one year post doctoral research experience at CREOL, University of Central Florida, USA, in the field of Characterization of nonlinear optical materials. He has about 22 years teaching experience both at UG and PG level in Electronics, Computer Science and Business management. Currently he is working as PRINCIPAL at Srinivas Institute of Management Studies, Mangalore, India. He has published about 40 research papers in peer reviewed journals, 110 papers in conference proceedings and two text books on physics and Electronics for Engineering students. He has research interest in Nonlinear optical absorption, Optical Phase Conjugation, Photorefractive materials, e-business, m-business, ideal business, and nanotechnology business Opportunities. Prof. Dr. Suresh Kumar is belonging to Cochin, Kerala, India, born on 01/06/1955. He has B.Sc. degree from Kerala university, India, MSW degree in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from Kerala University, India, M.Phil. and Ph.D. degrees from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, India. His major fields of study are Social Work, HRD, IR. Introduction : Education in the modern world is institutionalized. any aspiring student is offered a many of courses to choose from any institution of desire. But once the course and the institution are chosen, there is very limited freedom to manovre. The curriculum is pre-determined. the teachers are already there. rules regarding examination are set to much before the student chooses the course. Evaluation is done in a manner approved by the institution as desirable. Teachers use the prevailing pedagogy and seek to stuff in knowledge. Therefore, curriculum planning become significant. 1.1: Curriculum Planning & Implementation : Curriculum design and development is usually performed by the affiliating University or other regulatory agencies. The task of the affiliated institutions is to effectively operationalise the given curricula. This process involves orientation of the teachers who would handle the curriculum and proper planning of the transaction. It also requires an understanding on the various teaching-learning practices and their appropriate use. Since acquisition of competencies occur at different paces for different learners it is required that the institutions have specific implementation plans identifying the time to be spent on specific components. In addition, if the institution is providing specially designed courses it also has the responsibility to develop appropriate need based curricula in consultation with stakeholders. Any institution establishes its relevence to the stake holders through its vision and mission. The following vision, mission and objectives of Srinivas institute of Management Studies is cited as an example. Vision : Extension of opportunity to all aspirants for education, and expansion across all realms of knowledge. Shama Rao Foundation and Srinivas group of Institutions is "Samagra Gnana" : means "Comprehensive Knowledge". The emblem is a flying horse which indicates the incredible energy of the system to impart comprehensive knowledge. The concept of the Flying horse is taken from the Hindu and Greek Mythology, where it indicates the disguise of god with incredible energy. Samagra Gnana also reflects the tradition and value orientation of the institution. The attainment of Samagra Gnana leads to selfless devotion in all walks of life resulting in harmonious, self reliant and developed society. The motto envisages that it could be attained through hard work, willingness to serve, discipline, open thinking, creativity, give and take, and collective life. Whereas past scholarship explains their heterogeneous formal character as an organic outcome of the Deccan’s “borderland” location between north India and south India, my study challenges the very conceptualization of the Deccan temple within a binary taxonomy that recognizes only northern and southern temple types. Rejecting the passivity implied by the borderland metaphor, I emphasize the role of human agents—particularly architects and makers—in establishing a dialectic between the north Indian and the south Indian architectural systems in the Deccan’s built worlds and built spaces. Secondly, by adopting the Deccan temple cluster as an analytical category in its own right, the present work contributes to the still developing field of landscape studies of the premodern Deccan. I read traditional art-historical evidence—the built environment, sculpture, and stone and copperplate inscriptions—alongside discursive treatments of landscape cultures and phenomenological and experiential perspectives. As a result, I am able to present hitherto unexamined aspects of the cluster’s spatial arrangement: the interrelationships between structures and the ways those relationships influence ritual and processional movements, as well as the symbolic, locative, and organizing role played by water bodies.

    Preface This article investigates the ‘Incredible India’ campaign. From the author’s initial encounter with this particular campaign an indescribable attraction was experienced. Thus, the performer of this study developed firm faith in the process of executing this research. It all commenced with a university course named ‘Strategic Mass Communication’ taught by Dr. Etienne Augé at the Erasmus University which is located in Rotterdam. In addition to Dr. Augé thought provoking teachings, the subject matters that were included in the course curriculum were valued by the author of this master’s thesis as decisive in establishing this academic article. During one of the sessions of this course, the researcher of this study read about the concept of ‘nation branding’. The executer of this research study was completely unfamiliar to the concept, yet a direct interest was aroused. As a consequence of this raise in interest, the author of this master’s thesis commenced with an exploration of the concept. The end result was complete amazement. Never before was the researcher of this study consciously aware of the fact that nations can be branded. Just imagine. In contemporary society, almost everyone associates him or herself with the brand of a particular (commercial or non-commercial) organization. The brand of a country, however, is hardly associated with, by the majority of people globally. Perhaps, that might also not be the purpose of a country’s brand. Yet, many people around the world communicate beliefs and opinions, in other words the reputation, of a country they visited. The result of this form of communication is the creation of a particular image about a particular country.

According to The World Travel and Tourism Council, tourism generated ₹16.91 lakh crore (US$240 billion) or 9.2% of India’s GDP in 2018 and supported 42.673 million jobs, 8.1% of its total employment. The sector is predicted to grow at an annual rate of 6.9% to ₹32.05 lakh crore (US$460 billion) by 2028 (9.9% of GDP). The Ministry has been actively working towards the development of quality tourism infrastructure at various tourist destinations and circuits in the States / Union Territories by sanctioning expenditure budgets across schemes like SWADESH DARSHAN and PRASHAD. The Ministry of Tourism has been actively promoting India as a 365 days tourist destination with the introduction of niche tourism products in the country like Cruise, Adventure, Medical, Wellness, Golf, Polo, MICE Tourism, Eco-tourism, Film Tourism, Sustainable Tourism, etc. to overcome ‘seasonality’ challenge in tourism. Parmar ABSTRACT Tourism is the act of travel mainly for relaxation and purposes. WTO (World Trade Organization) defines tourists as the people who “travel to and stay in places outside their usual environment for not more than one consecutive year for leisure, business, recreation and other purposes not related to the exercise of an activity remunerated from within the place visited.” Tourism development is very crucial for every country. The tourism industry gives a massive contribution to the GDP of any country with foreign currencies. Thus, the researcher has been selected as a research topic of Tourism Development. The researcher has been selected as a sample as the Gujarat state of India for a research work. The researcher has been selected as secondary data from various websites. The researcher has been used five parameters for data analysis, which define Gujarat Tourism Development. These parameters are: 1) Contribution of tourism to GDP of Gujarat, 2) Foreign tourists of Gujarat, 3) Domestic tourists of Gujarat, 4) Amount released under Swadesh Darshan Scheme for Gujarat, 5) Amount released under PRASAD Scheme for Gujarat. For hypothesis testing, the Chi-square test would be applied. A period of the study work is of 4 years from 2016-17 to 2019-20. The sample size is to be selected randomly and limited only to the Gujarat state. It is analytical research work.

India’s glorious past and cultural diversity make a potent blend which attracts millions of tourists each year to its tourist destinations. India's rich heritage is abundantly reflected in the form of numerous temples, palaces, monuments, forts etc. This has led to the increase in India's tourism particularly in the heritage sites. Tourism in India has registered a considerable growth in the last few years, ever since additional initiatives were taken by the government of India to boost India’s image as a destination for tourism. This also comes in the form of promotion of tourism sector as a brand name Incredible India. The heritage sites are facing common challenges primarily related to the creation and operations and maintenance of the various infrastructural as well as service assets. There is a need to develop a robust mechanism for the provision of basic amenities on an immediate basis and advanced amenities on a long term basis. This project is envisioned to synergize with other Infrastructure development schemes in collaboration with Ministry of Culture and other Ministries, with the idea of positioning tourism as a driving force for targeting more Foreign Tourist Arrivals as well as Domestic Tourist Arrivals, building synergy in the development of amenities across the identified heritage sites, enhancing overall tourist experience and economic development of the region.
