She has just a 33% favorability rating across the state, and she trails both Senator Mike Enzi and Congresswoman Cynthia Lummis in head to head primary matchups. She is currently down 41% to 34% against Lummis, trailing with every ideological group besides “very conservative”, which she leads by 5%. Things are even worse against Enzi, who more than doubles Cheney’s total, 54% to 26%. Should Cheney somehow emerge victorious in the primary, she may jeopardize the GOP’s ability to hold the seat. The poll finds that she trails former Democratic Governor Dave Freudenthal 45% to 42%, the only situation in which a Democrat is even remotely close to winning. This is rather impressive for Freudenthal, who has a 55% favorable rating, as only 53% of respondents said they could ever vote for a Democrat for Senator. Cheney’s poor standing may be due to a common sentiment in the Cowboy State that Cheney doesn’t belong. Only 31% of respondents consider Cheney to be a Wyomingite, including 36% of Republican primary voters, and 50% believe that she should be running in Virginia instead. This feeling does not hold for the rest of the family, though, as former VP Dick Cheney has a 50% favorability in the state.

    A MEMBER OF MISSION OF THE WYOMING BOARD OF CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS The mission of the Wyoming Board of Certified Public Accountants is to ensure that consumers of accounting services are protected by requiring CPAs and CPA firms to meet the highest level of professional competence through verification of education and experience requirements; requiring continuing professional education; and responding to consumer complaints. ENABLING LEGISLATION FOR PUBLIC PROTECTION The Board is created by W.S. § 33-3-103 and exists to protect the public interest. The Board serves: citizens of the state of Wyoming; Certified Public Accountants and firms registered in Wyoming; and candidates for Examination and Certification in Wyoming. BOARD OFFICE STAFF In accordance with W.S. § 33-3-104 the Board employs two staff members – Executive Director, Pamela Ivey and Business Office Coordinator, Stephanie Jones. SOURCES OF FUNDING The Board does not receive any funding from the State’s General Fund. The Board is self-funded by fees related to examination, certificate and firm permit applications as well as miscellaneous sales of lists to vendors. The fiscal year began on July 1, 2012 and ended on June 30, 2013. Revenues for the fiscal year were $ 283,118. Expenditures for the same time period were $ 232,831. THE BOARD CONTRIBUTES TO QUALITY OF LIFE FOR CITIZENS OF WYOMING Maintaining and promoting a credible and reliable financial reporting framework in Wyoming is critical to families and businesses being able to enjoy a stable economic climate. Wyoming citizens are able to trust that the quality of the accounting service provided to them personally and in their businesses is reliable, meets professional and regulatory standards, and provides objective data upon which to judge success and make the best financial decisions.

We have reviewed the project report and find the documentation meets the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for Archaeology and Historic Preservation (48 FR 44716-42). We concur with your finding that sites 48AB617 (WPA bathhouse and pbiid), 48AB6l8 (concrete. and brick foundation fora possible:). water .stqr(lge facility), and 48AB620 (railroad bridge No. 0.70.·over·Latailli~ Rivcir} ~re.f\6f~liglble.fofJ~~ National' Register of Historic Places. We find .that the proposed project' wiJlhave no eft~c'{oit these sites. However, we find that site 48AB619 (Wyoming-Colorado, Segment A-F) is contributing to the eligibility of the Laramie, Hahn's Peak, and Pacific Railway. The railroad maintains integrity of location. It still has integrity of design, material, and workmanship as the railbed and a level grade remain. Jn addition, both the ballast and track are in place. Overgrown vegetation and lack of use may affect condition, but not integrity. The setting and association while somewhat altered are still maintained.

    Government Relations Update Election 2010 Special Edition The Political Pendulum Swings Back to Favor GOP period of Democratic dominance, but only two years later the public has voted for change. While some are sure to trumpet the Republican victory as a validation of the GOP’s agenda, recent history warns of over- interpreting the election results. Analysts and pundits have repeatedly argued over the last several election cycles that a significant victory by one party or the other is the first step to an enduring or permanent majority; however, after last night’s results, it is clearer than ever that the pendulum continues to swing, and that the U.S. political waters continue to be roiled.
