Common area Pilot Company surprises 40-year beer, homeless funding and driver with custom Peterbilt truck playgrounds on city agenda By Mike Steely Senior Writer [email protected]

The council agenda item involves revising the city code to create a Common Area Permit in a retailer’s on-premise permit within a common area. The matter is on first reading and two readings are required. A petition signed by about 2,000 people was present- ed to the city for the Market Square open beer idea.
