James Dean Wilson Memorial Scholarship James Dean Wilson was a proud alumnus of Clinton Community College whose life was cut tragically short. He was a kind, loving son, brother, uncle, grandson, and friend. He was always willing to help others and in that spirit, his family, friends and co‐workers created the annual Strides for James event to raise money to support educational scholarships for local students. Recipients of the scholarship are required to attend the Strides for James event, where he or she will be presented with the award. The James Dean Wilson Memorial Scholarship through the Clinton Community College Foundation is available to a student graduating from Northern Adirondack Central School in June, 2017 who is attending Clinton Community College in the Fall 2017 semester. The $500 award will can be used to purchase textbooks or applied to tuition expenses. A qualifying student must have financial need as demonstrated in the FASFA (Free Application for Student Financial Aid) on file in the college’s Financial Aid Office.
