To: Schools Division/City Superintendents Oficers-in-Chanje of the Regular and Interim Divisions public and Private Elementary and Secondary School Administrators All Others Concerned
1_ In Hoe with the preparations for the coming 2017 PaJarong Pambansa which vriH be nek) on April 23-29, 2017 at San Jose, Antique, the conduct of strength training and conditioning of CVIRAA delegation athletes qualified to participate the national competition was agreed by the Region V* Athletic Management in two (2) settings: home-based and centralized training.
2. Home-based training of qualified athletes must start as soon as possible in the respective divisions until April 8, 2017- MAPEH / Sports Supervisors / Coordinators are hereby directed to spearhead and monitor their athletes' conditioning and training. Centralized training shall be conducted at respective venues in Cebu City identified by the CVIRAA qualified winning coaches, in coordination with and cooperation of the Division of Cebu City, starting April 10 until the delegation will leave on travel to San Jose, Antique on April 17,2017, wherein training will resume at the Palarong Pambansa venue.
3. The training aims to: a)condition the coaches and athletes physically, mentally and emotionally; b)enhance the sldfc level of student athletes in their respective sports discipline; c)strengthen teamwork and camaraderie among members of the team; and d)instill the values of sportsmanship while aiming to raise Team CVTRAA's performance in the 2017 Palarong Pambansa.
4. With the recently concluded capability building and accreditation in sports coaching, qualified winning coaches are required to prepare the following documents: a.Training Program b.Record of Attendance of Athletes during Lectures, Drills and Work-outs c.Narrative Report of the Trainings Conducted d.Other related documents ":
