Currently, the CRPH formed government and illegal organizations like public administrative organizations. Such doings do not conform to the Constitution, and it is a violation of the Penal Code section 122 for high treason and just a crime to be punished with death or transportation for life or 22 years of imprisonment. More- over, those who do not directly communicate with CRPH, or other CRPH’s organizations can face 7 years imprisonment under the Penal Code Section 124-d for supporting CRPH by committing incitements and threats to the civil service personnel to fail in their duties. 3.
