Reel Section mainly consists of following parts:

 C.I. Sole plates for fixing up framing and other accessories.

 One set of primary arm connected to 2 nos. specially designed quarter gear to carry out two operations that is to engage jumbo roll with main pope reel drum and to shift paper roll from primary arm to secondary arm.

 The primary arms are also provided with a pneumatic clutch, which keeps the roll in positions and also exerts pressure on jumbo roll for initial winding.

 One set of secondary arms connected to pneumatic cylinder for giving pressure to the paper roll and also to unload paper roll.

 A set of M. S. Fabricated framing to accommodate all the equipment.

 1 no. C.I. Pope Reel Drum with 2 nos. anti-friction bearings, housing and bracket.

 Doctor for cleaning dirt from Pope Reel Drum. Doctor will be oscillating by electro mechanical means.

 One No. camber roll for spreading paper and removing any wrinkles in the same..

Reel Spool Loader : A Reel Spool Stand of Solid Construction will be provided in the Reel Section. Reel Spool Stand will accommodate 3 Number Rolls on it. Feeding of the Reel Spool will be by Hydraulic system. Two Hydraulic Cylinders will be activated by Power pack and hence will move the Arms of the Spool Loader to feed the primary Arm.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION:

The Pulper has dynamically balanced S. S. 304 cast impeller fixed on one side of a shaft supported by 2 Nos. heavy duty self aligned double row ball bearing enclosed in plumber blocks. The housing is further provided with a stuffing box, gland and G. M. bush for trouble free operation and sealing.

EXCLUSION: Vat, Motor, Motor pulley, rail piping valves, showers and any other items not specifically mentioned are not in our scope of supply.

The rope system consists of necessary pulleys in CI with bearing and shaft. Necessary brackets for holding and height and/or length adjustment will be provided. Necessary stretchers will be provided with manual loading system.

COUCH PIT AGITATOR CUM UTM PULPER: It consists of:

1 One horizontal shaft fitted on artificial bearing at the two ends with bearing housings.

2 Two nos. stuffing boxes with gland packing arrangement provided on each end of the shaft for sealing the Agitator body.

3 At one end the shaft is extended and `V' belt pulley is fitted on an extended shaft.

4 The central shaft is fitted with 4 nos. S. S. Propeler.

5 2 nos. grouting rings are provided on each end of the stuffing boxes.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS: The pulper consists of S. S. vertical cylindrical shell (D-shaped ), welded to a conical bottom. Because of typical D- shape of the pulper vat , the raw material at the periphery quickly reaches at the centre for slushing instead of angular path as followed in conventional continuous pulper. Hence more throughput is there and reduced specific power. A chamber is attached to the conical bottom for collection of accepted pulp. An outlet nozzle is provided on the chamber for collection of accepted pulp. A S. S. 304 screen is attached(12/10 mm hole dia) in between the accept chamber and main body. A dynamically balanced S. S 304 cast impeller is fixed at one end of a shaft supported by 2 nos. heavy duty bearing enclosed in a C.I bearing housing. The pulper is supported on five nos. legs at the main body.

The housing is provided with C.I stuffing box with G.M bushes and gland arrangements for proper sealing and guiding of this shaft. The shaft is also provided with a C.I. `V-Grooved pulley for driving purpose.

The equipment is driven by V-Belts or flat Belts by a separately mounted electric motor (which is not in our scope of supply).

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION:

The High Density Cleaner consists of one top part fabricated from S. S. 304 plate. A tangential inlet nozzle and one vertical outlet nozzle is provided on this. The nozzles are provided with secondary loose flanges for easy installation. One S. S. Cone is attached to the top portion. Between this, 3 nos transparent glass is provided for viewing of the separation of rejected from the pulp. At the bottom, one S. S. reject collecting chamber is provided for the collection of rejected materials. This reject chamber is provided with a quick operating bottom door for draining of the rejects. This reject chamber is also provided with viewing glass which enables to see the quantity of reject collected. In between the separation zone and reject chamber quick operating valve is provided. TURBO SEPARATOR (S. S.) T-600 : 1 NO.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS: The equipment consists of a conical shaped body fabricated from S. S. 304 Plate with one operating door. The door is provided with one light rejects. At the bottom of the body, a M.S. Fabricated heavy reject collecting chamber is fitted. A transparent glass is provided with chamber for the viewing of reject collection. A tangential inlet nozzle is given on the main body for the pulp inflow. An accept chamber is attached to the main body for the collection of accepted pulp. This chamber is provided with a nozzle at the top for getting the accepted pulp and another nozzle at the bottom for cleaning purpose. In between the accepted chamber and main body a screen made from 8 mm thick S. S. 304 material is provided . The overall functioning of the equipment is done by a S. S. 304 Cast Rotor. The shaft is mounted on 2 bearings in a C.I bearing housing. A stuffing box arrangement having G.M Bushes and gland is provided for the proper guiding and sealing of the shaft. REJECT SORTER: 1 NO. (For handling light rejects of Turboseparator ) The equipment mainly consists of following components:

The rotor impels the stock fed-in against the screen half cleans the screen half and disaggregates the fiber bundle for better sorting.

The rotor is fitted with sweeping and distributing blades. The sweeping blades move the stock in front of them into the turbulence are after each half revolution where it then returns to the rotor area. The main purpose of the distributing blades is to then distribute the stock across the screen halves.

Several guide plates located behind each other effect the movement of the stock through the machine in an axial direction. The stock held back by the screen is continuously discharges through the rejects chute.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:

The Screen consists of cylindrical outer shell made of S. S. 304 and a S. S. front cover. A central inlet and a discharge nozzle of 125-mm are provided on the outer shell. S. S. body glycerin filled pressure gauges will be supplied in the inlet and accept zone. The bottom portion is closed and is fitted with a drain nozzle. The reject outlet will be 65 mm. A S. S. slotted screen basket is fitted inside the cylindrical shell that acts as the screening cylinder. A shaft supported by two widely spaced bearings mounted in C. I. Bearing housings is fitted. Three S. S. Scrapping blades having a special degree of inclination is fitted on the drum with the necessary clearance between blades and the screen. These blades assist the flow of good fibers through the screen and also in cleaning the screen against formation. The driving of the equipment is done through V-Belts.

DISPERSER: The Disperser essentially consists of a MS fabricated body. A sliding bearing housing is assembled inside. In the front side, the main body and door are in stainless steel(SS304). The stator disc is the front door and the rotor is fitted on the shaft. The gland sleeve is hard chrome coated. Suitable operating panel is provided. Gland water flow and pressure monitoring equipment is provided. Steel fabricated base plate and complete hydraulic systems will also be provided for load/unload and lubrication. The disc diameter (IMPORTED) will be 710 mm.

GAP CONTROL: Electro hydraulic servo system will be provided for disc gap control. It consists of disc position indication, gap indication, setting of limits for the working range of the disc and fast opening in case of emergency. The system will be completely imported.

HYDRAULIC SYSTEM: The hydraulic system consists of completely assembled oil pump, filters, oil cooler and oil reservoir tank. The piping from hydraulic unit up to the disperser is included. For easy disc change an hydraulic device provided which would slide the whole base for the purpose.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS: The pump consists of a S. S. 304 Volute casing, a C. I. Gland body and C. I. Bearing housing. The volute casing is provided with a 3" Dia. Inlet nozzle at the center and 2.5" Dia. outlet nozzle at the top. A G. M. / S. S. Close Impeller, fitted at one end of an EN-8 Shaft, is Rotating inside the volute casing. The shaft is mounted on 2 Nos. Ball Bearings in a C. I. Bearing Housing. The Bearings are lubricated by oil. The gland body is provided with G. M. Bush and Gland packing for proper sealing against leakage. The shaft end at the bearing side is provided with a star coupling for Driving purpose. The pump is driven by an electric Motor (Which is not into the scope of our supply) by directly coupling to the Pump. The pump and Motor is mounted on a common C. I. Base for installation purpose.

VERTICAL CHEST AGITATOR (HEAVY DUTY): 6 NOS. (IMPELLER DIA 800 MM)

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS The Chest Agitator consist of a C. I. main body and a C. I. Bearing Housing bolted to the main body. An EN-8 shaft supported on two bearings inside the C. I. Bearing housing is the drive shaft of the Agitator. At the bearing housing end of the shaft a V Belt/Flat Belt pulley is provided for driving purpose. The other end of the shaft is provided with an impeller. The impeller (800 mm dia) will be supplied in C. I. Construction. A G. M. Bush and gland arrangement is provided on the main body for proper sealing of the shaft against leakage. A S. S. sleeve bush is provided on the shaft portion, which is coming in contact with the pulp as a measure to avoid corrosion. A C.I. ring is bolted to the main body which in turn can be fixed in the concrete. The Agitator is driven by a separately mounted electric motor. Drive motor :18.5 kw x1440
