Toa e pra{awe koe vo dale~nata 1854 godina na Abraham Linkoln mu go postavil indijanskiot glavatar SEATTLE kako odgovor na mo`nosta Indijancite da ja prodadat svojata zemja, pasi{ta, reki. Na vakva ponuda indijanskiot glavatar SEATTLE mu odgovoril na “ golemiot bel glavator ”:”Kako e mo`no da se kupi neboto i toplinata na zemjata” ? ”Nie ne sme sopstvenici na sve`inata na vozduhot i bistrimnata na vodata za da mo`eme lesno da trguvame so niv. Beliot ~ovek kon zemjata, svojata majka, kon neboto, svojot brat, se odnesuva kako da se toa predmeti koi lesno mo`e{ da gi kupi{, da gi ukrade{ ili da gi prodade{ kako dobitok ili nakit. Sekoe del~e od zemjata, sekoja borova igli~ka, sekoe zrnce pesek vo re~nite pritoki, sekoja maglinka vo {umskata temnina na mojot narod mu se sveti. Kako taa da mu e neprijatel, ja iskoristuva, potoa odi ponatamu, a zad sebe ostava pusto{. Samo tu|inecot doa|a no}e i go zema ona {to mu treba. Za Indijanecot sokovite na drvjata se protkaeni so spomenite na na{ite predci na koja zemjata im bila majka. Va{ite mrtvi odat me|u zvezdite a ja zaboravaat zemjata koja im go dala `ivotot. Se {to }e se slu~i na zemjata im se vra}a na na{ite deca.Dokolku vi ja prodademe na{ata zemja, pomislete na toa kolku ni e dragocen vozduhot. Veterot na mojot dedo mu ja podaril prvata vozdi{ka i go odnel negovoto poslednop izdi{uvawe. Na ovaa na{a zemja beliot ~ovek }e go vdi{uva veterot so di{eweto na polskite cve}iwa. Na{iot na~in na `ivot se razlikuva od va{iot. Od izgledot na va{ite mesta crveniot ~ovek go zaboluvat o~ite, mo`ebi poradi toa {to e div i ne gi razbira rabotite. Va{ata bu~ava gi drazni na{ite u{i. Vo va{eto mesto nema mirno kat~e.{to ni vredi `ivotot ako ne mo`e{ da go slu{ne{ otvoraweto na proletnoto lisje, rikot na kozorogot, no}noto krekawe na `abite ili mekiot zvuk na veterot koj gi igra na povr{inata na vodata osve`en soo pladnevniot do`d i zdivot na borovinata. Ne mo`am da razberam zo{to se ubivaat tolku bizoni, zo{to gi skrotuvaat divite kowi, zo{to vo dlabo~inite na {umine ne vladee vistinski mir, zo{to pogledot na zelenite planini e naru{en so `icite koi zboruvaat. Kade e orelot?Odletal. Nastana kraj na vistinskiot `ivot, zapo~na borba za opstanok. Se e povrzano, ~ovekot ne go izmislil tekot na `ivotot. Toj e samo vlakno vo nego i dokolku ne se odnesuva kon nego kako prijatel kon prijatel, zaedno so nego ke se uni{ti i samiot sebe. Ovde se postavuva pra{aweto za vrednostite na zemjata za `ivotot, za ~ove{tvoto. Koi se vistinskite vrednosti ? Dali samo onie koi se parafirani vo zakonite so zakonite i odnesuvaweto na lu|eto. Postojat li op{ti zaedni~ki vrednosti za site vremiwa na planetata Zemja i po{iroko. Lokalen ekolo{ki akcionen plan Berovo 1. VOVED Trajnite zaednici mo`at da se definirat kako zaednici vo koi {iroko se primenuva lokalnata demokratija, odr`liva ekonomija koja ke obezbeduva dobri standardi za `iveewe na svoite gra|ani so racionalno koristewe na prirodnite lokalni resursi koi }e vodat kon zdrava ekonomija i }e davaat {iroki mo`nosti za razvoja na idnite generacii. Najefikasen na~in da se trgne kon trajnite zaednici e klasifikacija na lokalnite ekolo{ki prioriteti preku procesot na demokratsko planirawe i odlu~uvawe kade gra}anite aktivno ke bidat vklu~eni. Pri nao|awe na na~ini i metodi za podobro koristewe na vozduhot, vodata, zemji{teto i drugite prirodni izvori ke se zemat vo predvid promenite na ekonomijata, kvalitetot na `ivot na Bidejki lokalnite prirodni izvori se ograni~eni potrebno e lokalnata vlast racionalno da gi koristi so istovremeno iznao|awe na alternativni izvori kako re{enija za razre{uvawe na ekolo{kite problemi vklu~uvajki gi i gra|anite.

    On the basis of article 65 of the Law on Real Estate Cadastre („Official Gazette of Republic of Macedonia”, no. 55/13), the Steering Board of the Agency for Real Estate Cadastre has enacted REGULATION FOR THE MANNER OF CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE CADASTRE MUNICIPALITIES AND FOR DETERMINING THE CADASTRE MUNICIPALITIES WHICH ARE MAINTAINED IN THE CENTER FOR REC SKOPJE AND THE SECTORS FOR REAL ESTATE CADASTRE IN REPUBLIC OF MACEDONIA Article 1 This Regulation hereby prescribes the manner of changing the boundaries of the cadastre municipalities, as well as the determining of the cadastre municipalities which are maintained in the Center for Real Estate Cadastre – Skopje and the Sectors for Real Estate Cadastre in Republic of Macedonia. Article 2 (1) For the purpose of changing the boundaries of the cadastre municipalities, the Government of Republic of Macedonia shall enact a decision. (2) The decision stipulated in paragraph (1) of this article shall be enacted by the Government of Republic of Macedonia at the proposal of the Agency for Real Estate Cadastre (hereinafter referred to as: „„the Agency„„). (3) The Agency is to submit the proposal stipulated in paragraph (2) of this article along with a geodetic report for survey of the boundary line, produced under ex officio procedure by experts employed at the Agency. Article 3 (1) The Agency is to submit a proposal decision for changing the boundaries of the cadastre municipalities in cases when, under a procedure of ex officio, it is identified that the actual condition/status of the boundaries of the cadastre municipalities is changed and does not comply with the boundaries drawn on the cadastre maps.

The development of tourism in Municipality of Berovo is deeply related with the activities in the area of culture and the organization of cultural events. Municipality of Berovo is an increasingly recognizable touristic- cultural destination where numerous cultural events are taking place in, and some of them are traditional and recognizable for this region. The positive effects occurring in tourism are an engine that allows the formation of a quality touristic offer. With the fact that the society is in continuous development, we can expect continuous touristic development as well. Plans and strategies are made in order to fulfill and promote the touristic offer, as well as to increase the economic effects from tourism. In the Republic of Macedonia there are favorable conditions for the development of many specific forms of tourism. This is the case with Berovo and Maleshevia, which abounds with pronounced selectivity in this regard. Key Word: Tourism, tourist destination, selectivity, Berovo.

Participant’s dental status was evaluated using the 1997 World Health HTA, street: Eduard-Wallnöfer-Zentrum 1, 6060, Hall in Organization caries diagnostic criteria for Decayed, Missing or Filled Teeth Tirol, Austria (DMFT) by 2 calibrated examiners. *Corresponding author: Vesna Ambarkova PhD Candidate, MSc, DDS, University St. Cyril and Methodius, Results: The total number of children in the sample was 228, comprising Faculty of Dental Medicine, Department of Paediatric 114 (50.00%) females and 114 (50.00%) males. The mean dmft was 6.01, with andPreventive Dentistry, Vodnjanska 17 University standard deviation (sd) of 3.93 and 95% confidence interval (ci) of 3.42-4.44. Dental Clinic Center Sv.     Republic of Macedonia Government of the Republic of Macedonia Law on Territorial Organization of the Local Self-Government in the Republic of Macedonia 11 December 2003 CONTENTS of the Law on Territorial Organization of the Local Self-Government in the Republic of Macedonia I. GENERAL PROVISIONS Article 1 This law regulates the territorial organisation of the local self-government in the Republic of Macedonia, establishes the municipalities, determines the territory of the municipalities and the City of Skopje being a particular unit of local self-government, determines the names, seats and boundaries of the municipalities, determines the type and names of populated places, joining, division and change of boundaries of the municipalities and the City of Skopje, as well as other issues regarding the territorial organisation of the local self- government. Article 2 The establishment of new municipality (joining, division and change of boundaries) and change of the name and seat may be done only with changes and amendments of this law, following prior consultation with the citizens of the respective territory, in a manner determined by law. Article 3 The territory of the municipality covers populated places with cadastre municipalities determined in accordance with a law. Populated place and its cadastre municipality may be a part of one municipality only. Article 4 Boundaries of the municipality are the boundaries of the cadastre municipalities of the populated places that are part of that municipality in the part[s] that border[s] on the adjacent municipalities. 2 Article 5 Each municipality has a name and a seat of municipality. The seat of the municipality is in one of the populated places within that municipality.
