If adding both Venice and Florence add $200. additional to each payment. We will be having a pre-trip party (sometime around Jan./Feb.) so that everyone can meet and there will still be a chance to move roommates at that time. Check your name with your passport and make sure that I have your name "as it appears on your passport". If you do not have a passport or if it is within 1 year of expiring please apply for one right away. I need to have a copy of everyone’s passport before ticketing. So, please send me a copy with your next payment. Please let us know if you will be adding on the Venice or/and Florence extensions. The Venice add-on will include: Spending 3 nights in Venice before the Cortina trip $640. All transfers included, water taxi, daily buffet breakfast & walking tour. The advantage of Venice before the Cortina trip: (Arrive in Venice on Wed/Thu/Fri-3 days) We believe that going to Venice before the trip will help with jet lag and have people more rested before we start skiing and physical exercise. (Due to the long travel day – We fly into Venice; we would stay there instead of continuing to Cortina) All museums and churches are open on Wed/Thu/Fri. (Churches are not available to tour on Sunday; most museums are closed on Mondays). The Florence 4 night extension (with Tuscany & Siena) $610. Includes all transfers, daily buffet breakfast & 3 hr. walking tour.
