Instituted on January 11, 1913, by the Sultan Mulay Yusuf ibn al-Hassan to replace the abol- ished Order of Hafiz. Originally named Ouissam cherifien Alaouite. The Order was confirmed by the Resident general of France in Rabat, on May 15 1931 and on February 24 1937 (following the Sultanic Daheer). Драгомир Ацовић / Dragomir Acovic mall municipality of Žabalj in S Voïvodina, Serbia, uses a pseudo-heraldic emblem about the origins of which we learned nothing at all. The shield of gold, provided with strong blue edge line (which is probably more product of graphism than of any heraldic awareness), displays a tetralobe of light blue edged and enhanced dark blue, with effigy of a Saint (probably Sr. Demetrius), and inscribed with names of three settelements which constitute Municipality of Žabalj (Gospodjinci, Čurug and Djurdjevo). Along the lower edge of the gold shield the name of the Municipality is Скраћенице: written in dark blue.
