Anti-eIF3G monoclonal antibody (DCABH-15282) This product is for research use only and is not intended for diagnostic use.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Antigen Description The elF3G (eIF3-p44) is a subunit of eukaryotic initiation factor4(eIF3) complex that plays a central role in the translation initiation. The eIF3 consists of at least 10 subunits ranging from 35 to280kd. elF3-p44 is constitutively expressed in many tissues, including spleen thymus, prostate, colon, ovary, etc.

Immunogen A synthetic peptide of human EIF3G is used for rabbit immunization.
