Anti-Eif3g Monoclonal Antibody (DCABH-15282) This Product Is for Research Use Only and Is Not Intended for Diagnostic Use

Anti-eIF3G monoclonal antibody (DCABH-15282) This product is for research use only and is not intended for diagnostic use. PRODUCT INFORMATION Antigen Description The elF3G (eIF3-p44) is a subunit of eukaryotic translation initiation factor4(eIF3) complex that plays a central role in the protein translation initiation. The eIF3 consists of at least 10 subunits ranging from 35 to280kd. elF3-p44 is constitutively expressed in many tissues, including spleen thymus, prostate, colon, ovary, etc. Immunogen A synthetic peptide of human EIF3G is used for rabbit immunization. Isotype IgG Source/Host Rabbit Species Reactivity Human Purification Protein A Conjugate Unconjugated Applications Western Blot (Transfected lysate); ELISA Size 1 ea Buffer In 1x PBS, pH 7.4 Preservative None Storage Store at -20°C or lower. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
