New residential lake project opens in

Le Lac a la Fontaine is a new four-season residential development with a lake and fountain in the heart of the 50-acre estate in Lachute, Quebec.

Offering a peaceful haven in nature with on-site recreational amenities, Landco Construction, Kodem, and Lachute ULC will develop and build 48 semi-detached homes. They’ll be set up as condominiums so summer and winter maintenance will be taken care of leaving owners to enjoy the lifestyle that will be established in this new community.

Developers want purchasers to be able to feel like they are on a year-round vacation while still living in their own homes and close enough to pursue Forty-eight semi-detached homes will be built in professional and social activities in , Le Lac à la Fontaine with a lake in the heart of and Gatineau. The first phase of the project offers eight units and they are for sale now with a May occupancy date. The second phase is anticipated for December and the third and fourth phases will follow in early 2010.

Le Lac a la Fontaine is located almost two hours from Ottawa or 20 minutes from St-Sauveur. The launch of the project and model opening takes place today with entertainment and activities from 11 a.m. - 4 p.m.
