COST Registration fee of $45 includes the training, all materials, and the meals detailed below. Registration deadline is Friday, March 22. No refunds for cancellations made after the registration deadline. Full or partial scholarships are available.

SCHEDULE The training begins April 5th from 6:00-8:30 PM and continues April 6th from 9:00 AM.- 6:00 PM. Please make every effort to arrive at the beginning (it sets the stage for the training) and stay until the end.

TRAVEL If traveling by air, we recommend that you fly into Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC).

www.welcomingresources.org/communityorg.htm NOTE: Some streets in Salt Lake City are named 'South', 'North', 'East,' and “West.” So "400 South” is a street which runs west to east and east to west. From downtown SLC, take 400 South and go east. It will curve to the south and become Foothill Drive. Continue south on Foothill Drive and cross through the lights at 800 South (also named Sunnyside Drive). After going through the 800 South traffic lights, move to the right hand lane and keep to the right as this lane exits unto a side street. Take exit and immediately turn right at first right hand turn (which is about 100 feet). Again, immediately, turn right into ZELC's parking lot.

If you are driving on the I-15 Freeway or the I-215 Freeway, exit onto Foothill Drive. Go to Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church’s website for Google map. www.zelc.org.

LODGING Participants are responsible for making their own housing reservations. A block of 6 rooms has been reserved at each of these two hotels:

When reserving, refer to Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church. Any rooms which are not reserved by March 23 will be open for general reservations.

Additional info: Reservations are a must since LDS General Conference is occurring. There is “no room in the inn” during conference time unless one travels to outlying towns. However, if people decide after March 22 to attend and there remain openings for the workshop and they have no “inn”, then email [email protected] and the hosting church will seek hosting families.

Other Options Limited host housing is possible on a first-come, first-served basis. Every effort to assist with transportation to and from the church will be made, but cannot be guaranteed. Participants requesting host housing should check the box on the registration form indicating that request. If needed, ground transportation to and from host family homes will be provided.

MEALS Breakfast will be at hotels or host homes. Thursday supper and Friday lunch will be at the church. Friday supper will be at a local restaurant at participants’ expense. Meals will be nutritious and tasty. Please note dietary restrictions on your registration form.
