We take a walk through nature, seeing few of the wind mills of Vejer and enjoying fabulous views of the coastline and mountains by the path called Hijuela de Catalina Peréz. Saturday: 10:00h: Santa Lucia. We take a peaceful walk through an old roman path to meet the water mills of Santa Lucia, located 5kms far from Vejer. Then we have a drink and a tapa in Venta El Toro and walk back to Vejer. The price is 450 euros per student. It includes the Spanish lessons and all the activities. Accommodation is NOT included.     2. Tipología de suelos en la comunidad andaluza 25 2.2. SUELOS DE LA PROVINCIA DE CÁDIZ. TIPOS PRINCIPALES Y CARACTERÍSTICAS DE LOS MISMOS En la provincia de Cádiz pueden distinguir una serie de regiones naturales que, si bien no separadas entre sí por ningún accidente geográfico, son diferentes por su geología, clima, suelos, vegetación, etc. Estas regiones o comarcas naturales son: La Serranía de Grazalema, Las Sierras Subbéticas del Norte, las Sierras y Colinas del Campo de Gibraltar, La Campiña y las Costas. Para estudiar los suelos de esta provincia la dividiremos en estas regiones naturales. 2.2.1. Suelos de la Serranía de Grazalema Los suelos de la Serranía de Grazalema son en general, de escaso desarrollo, ocupan siempre áreas pequeñas y constituyen con frecuencia formaciones edáficas aisladas. Ello es debido al accidentado relieve de la región que dificulta la formación del suelo y la mayoría de las veces, promociona su erosión. Así, los suelos más abundantes en esta comarca son Leptosoles líticos . Existen también Luvisoles relictos rellenando huecos y hendiduras de rocas, Regosoles y Cambisoles sobre calizas, areniscas silíceas y materiales triásicos. Todos ellos muestran como carácter general más acusado, el constituir formaciones ais ladas y pedregos as . Los suelos de esta región dependen, además de la vegetación y el microclima, sobre todo de la altitud, la topografía y el substrato geológico. Los principales suelos son: Leptosoles líticos, réndsicos y úmbricos. Luvisoles cálcicos. Regosoles calcáricos. Cambisoles calcáricos, gléicos y eútricos. 2.2.1.1.- Leptosoles En Grazalema aparecen distintos suelos sobre pendientes acusadas que alcanzan poco desarrollo y cuyo material orgánico e inorgánico está poco descompuesto.

The first was discovered on November 2014, on Getares Beach (Algeciras Bay, Mediterranean part of the Strait of Gibraltar), where more than 700 colonies were found deposited along the tideline. The second event was discovered on January 2015, on Paloma Baja Beach (Tarifa, Atlantic part of the Strait of Gibraltar) where an average density of 170 colonies m−2 was spread along the seashore. Both events seemed to be promoted by strong easterly winds, preceded by upwelling episodes that may have concentrated high densities of the siphonophore in superficial layers. This study represents the first report of a calycophoran siphonophore mass stranding. The records were made thanks to citizen science and jellyfish outreach at secondary schools (PERSEUS@school initiative), illustrating the importance of citizen science projects in observing natural phenomena. We consider the monitoring and recording of cnidarian stranding events especially important in highly productive and biologically active areas such as the Strait of Gibraltar. Un estudio comparativo con la actuación en la Basílica de Santa Lucía del Trampal (Alcuéscar, Cáceres, España) Resumen El patrimonio es un bien común con el que las poblaciones se identifican. Forma parte de la his- toria recibida y el compromiso es transmitirlo y mejorarlo para las generaciones futuras, pues vehicula una herencia no solo material sino emocional, inmaterial, humanística, tal como reco- gen los distintos documentos emanados desde la UNESCO para su protección y valoración. En este artículo se comparan las actuaciones llevadas a cabo por dos administraciones autonó- micas españolas respecto a dos bienes similares, dos ermitas paleocristianas de época visigó- tica (siglo VII d.C. o de Nuestra Era), con resultados distintos: una perfectamente reconstruida y puesta en valor, y otra, lamentablemente, en estado de ruina por problemas burocráticos y de entendimiento entre instituciones. Se proponen posibles vías de solución para la recupera- ción de la Ermita de San Ambrosio (Barbate-Vejer de la Frontera, provincia de Cádiz, España). INTRODUCCIÓN Estas reflexiones surgieron a partir de la creación de un grupo de trabajo de la ciudad de Cádiz en torno a una Parroquia sensible hacia la conservación del patrimonio de la provincia gaditana. En concreto, por el estado ruinoso en que se encuentra la ermita paleocristiana de San Ambrosio, ubicada en el término municipal de Barbate y colindante con el de Vejer de la Frontera.
