Introducción El título del presente artículo sintetiza las pretensiones de los autores del mis- mo; toda vez que se intentará, mediante el análisis de determinada seriación de precios de una villa vasca, discernir las variaciones puramente coyunturales de aquellas más profundamente estructurales en su devenir histórico antiguorregi- mental. Y es que, a nuestro entender, modificaciones en el valor del dinero o, si se prefiere, en la capacidad adquisitiva general, pueden estar evidenciando tan- to variaciones en las costumbres alimentarias, como transformaciones producti- vas, alteraciones en el sistema monetario, etc. Como quiera que la revolución de los precios se retrotrae a fechas anterio- res a las del objeto de nuestro análisis, su consideración previa será inevitable por cuanto mediatiza sobremanera los modelos teóricos sobre los que se sus- tentará aquél3. Serán los economistas peninsulares del Quinientos de la llamada Escuela de Salamanca los pioneros en el estudio de su coetáneo incremento sostenido de los precios. Así, ya desde 1557, el clérigo de Barasoain Martin Azpilicueta teo- rizó sobre la relación entre mercancía y moneda: “Todas las mercaderías encarecen por la mucha necessidad que ay, y poca qantidad dellas; y el dinero en quanto es cosa vendible, trocable o conmutable 1. Adaptación Antenas Colectivas De La
Últimas semanas para realizar la adaptación en Vizcaya CUENTA ATRÁS PARA FINALIZAR LA ADAPTACIÓN DE LAS ANTENAS COLECTIVAS DE TDT EN 112 MUNICIPIOS El próximo 11 de febrero algunos canales de TDT dejarán de emitir en sus antiguas frecuencias en 7 municipios, mientras que en el resto de la provincia cesarán las emisiones el 3 de marzo. Solo en el *51% de los edificios comunitarios de la provincia se han realizado ya las adaptaciones necesarias para seguir disfrutando de la oferta completa de TDT a partir de estas fechas Los administradores de fincas o presidentes de comunidades de propietarios deben contactar lo antes posible con una empresa instaladora registrada Además, a partir de la fecha de cese de emisiones de cada municipio, todos los ciudadanos de Vizcaya deberán resintonizar el televisor con su mando a distancia Toda la información sobre el cambio de frecuencias de la TDT está disponible en la página web www.televisiondigital.es y a través de los números de atención telefónica 901 20 10 04 y 91 088 98 79 Vitoria-Gasteiz, 21 de enero de 2020. Cuenta atrás para el cambio de frecuencias de la Televisión Digital Terrestre (TDT) en Vizcaya. A partir del próximo 11 de febrero, algunos canales estatales y autonómicos dejarán de emitir a través de sus antiguas frecuencias en Amoroto, Berriatua, Ea, Ispaster, Lekeitio, Mendexa y Ondarroa, mientras que en otros 105 municipios del resto de la provincia, incluida la capital, lo harán el 3 de marzo. Observaciones acerca del acento de la zona occidental de Gipuzkoa JOSE IGNACIO HUALDE (University ofIllinois) Abstract This paper examines the parameters of variation found in the accentual systems of western Guipuscoa. This area includes varieties with very different accentual systems ranging from some which are fundamentally identical to southwestern Biscayan to others that are more akin to the central Biscayan system to yet others with only very limited accentual contrasts. o. Introducci6n En este artIculo se examina el sistema de acentuaci6n utilizado en una zona occidental de Gipuzkoa que comprende las localidades de Azpeitia, Azkoitia, Errezil (Regil), Bergara y Eibar; esto es, tanto en areas de Gipuzkoa que L. L. Bonaparte clasifico como de dialecto vizcaIno (Bergara, Eibar),como en otras colindantes consi deradas como pertenecientes al dialecto guipuzcoano. 1 El proposito de est:e trabajo es ayudar a completar nuestro conocimiento acerca de los sistemas ace.ntuales vascos de tipo occidental 0 vizcaIno-guipuzcoano.2 En el area examinada en este artIculo no hay uniformidad en cuanto a los hechos acentuales. De hecho, las diferencias de acentuaci6n parecen encontrarse entre las primeras que saltan a la vista entre hablas de localidades vecinas de esta zona, segun nota Altuna (1979) para Azpeitia y Azkoitia y Laspiur (1979) para Eibar y Bergara. Un hecho interesante y que requiere explicaci6n desde un punto de vista diacr6nico es que encontramos coincidencias notables entre 10s hechos acentuales de algunas hablas de esta zona y otras no particularmente cercanas, como las del suroeste de Bizkaia (Arratia, Zeberio). Las hablas de Eibar y Bergara se acercan ffias a las de la zona de Markina y, por tanto, al vizcaIno central, aunque presentan particularidades propias. -
