Among some of the speakers is Stephen Werther, a retail visionary and Founder and CEO of PORTICO. He has plans to open Bourdain Market this year in New York, so it would be a good opportunity to hear what they involve.

Besides him, Peter Lloyd, Executive of Spice Market London, will also be speaking. Having travelled around Asia to gather inspiration for the Spice Market London menu, I am sure he will have many insights to share with us.

How will the Dialogue-Hackathon be conducted? There will be open floor, town hall style discussions with the audience and delegates and global issues, ideas and opportunities are some of the topics that will likely be raised. Selected delegates even have the opportunity to pitch their ideas and possibly raise funds, develop ideas and resolve issues.

We are all raving to go for the World Street Food Congress happening this coming April and if you are as excited as we are, we will catch you there!
