All the infoprmation pertaining to the activities of the Committee is 4 Dissemination of information on quality assurance available in the official website of the University in the link:https://www.osou.ac.in/ciqa.html The feedback is obtained and responded by: Greivance Redressal Portal, Official mail id, Feedback through website, Feedback 5 Mechanisms for interaction and obtaining feedback through Mobile-App, Feedback through exclusive web-portal services provided to each learner, via telephone. Mapping of mission,vision and objectives of the University with the Programme objectives, To define precisely learning objectives and learning outcome,come of each programme, following the updated curriculumn design for all the programmes offered by the 6 Measures for qualitative improvement University, Measuring each outcome (student learning outcome, programme outcome, course outcome, syllabus, unit and lesson plan outcome), Technology-enabled teaching learning methods, Online tests and evaluation, Continous quality improvement.gaining accreditation, mapping student success All the members are assigned with a responsibility to track the Ensuring Implementation of its recommendations through regular 7 progress of each identified key indicators, and present the monitoring progress report before the Committee The Agenda of the meeting of the CIQA is prepared with due 8 Ensuring Participation of stakeholders participation and consultation of all the stakeholders of the University Programme Project Report and Need Assessment Report of a Preparation of Programme Project Report and Information 9 programme is placed before CIQA before the launch of any new regarding any new programmes launched programme.
