Si applica ai contenuti editoriali e pubblicitari di tipo Pre-Roll, Mid-Roll e Post-Roll (detti anche «X-Roll). Ad esempio, se in un periodo di 7 giorni, un determinato canale e i suoi contenuti pubblicitari vengono visualizzati da 200.000 device, con una media di 10 stream cominciati (e visualizzati per almeno 0,3 secondi) al giorno, LS sarà uguale a: 200.000 (Device) x 7 (Giorni) x 10 (Legitimate Streams medi al giorno per device) = 14 milioni di LS.
