Everyone is seated and the President requests the Shah's permission to make his remarks. REMARKS WILL BE RECORDED AND PIPED TO THE PRESS CENTER The President stands, makes his remarks and requests everyone to stand and join in a toast to "Their Imperial Majesties the Shahanshah Aryamehr ?nd the Empress of Iran". The Iranian National Anthem is played. •
