Up until now, the restaurant and the wellness center have been exploited exclusively in conjunc- tion with the hotel, limiting their use to the guests of the structure. The restaurant, in particular, is mainly used as a breakfast room. It is however possible to make the two services available to ex- ternal customers, potentially increasing the income generated by the property. What’s more, the hotel could also be a starting point for enogastronomic tourism, thanks to the many wineries producing Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG wines and Chianina breeding farms on the surrounding hills.
