Major works framework Working together builds better results Introducing LCP The London Construction Programme (LCP) was established in 2012 by Haringey Council, encouraged and supported by London Councils, to develop a pan-London strategy to improve construction procurement. LCP offers framework agreements, contracts and category management support to deliver construction projects more efficiently and effectively across the capital.
