24.09. OPATTJA - KRK Departure is from Opatija harbour at 1 pm. After lunch, we head for Croatians largest island, Krk with a swim stop in the crystal clear sea on route. This island has immense variety in its picturesque towns and villages, gentle green promenades bare rocky wilderness, tiny islands and hundreds of hidden bays and beaches. Before arrival in town Krk a brief visit to Glavotok, located on the westernmost part of the island, where the Glagolitic Franciscan monastery and church are situated. Overnight in the port of Krk, possibility of exploring the nearby old town on your own. 25.09. KRK - RAB After breakfast and morning swim, we continue sailing towards the island of Rab, known as the "island of love". The small town of Rab, where we spend the night in the harbour, is encircled by medieval walls, Romanesque church towers, churches and palaces, stone streets and ancient facades. Enjoy the “gallery” on the streets and squares where many painters and artists exhibit their works. 26.09. RAB – ZADAR After breakfast we cruise from Rab to the island of , famous for its excellent cheese and beautiful, handmade lace. Before sailing towards Zadar, refreshment by jumping into the clear blue sea near the little island of Maun. Overnight in the port of Zadar, for centuries the capital of Dalmatia, and the oldest university town in Croatia, well known for its rich historical heritage, visible at every step: the Roman Forum from the 1st century, St Donat church from the 9th century - the most famous medieval basilica and the symbol of the city, mighty city walls and an exquisite city gate from 16th century, newly opened Museum of ancient glass, over 30 churches, many palaces and villas, as well as the famous Sea organ and Greeting to the Sun, both located on the city's waterfront. 27.09. ZADAR – KORNATI/VODICE Morning departure for the National Park Kornati, which consists of 89 islands, islets and rocks. In addition to this large number of islands, the continental part includes only ¼ of the surface of the park, while the rest belong to the marine eco-system. Enjoy the ruins of the ancient Illyrian fortress, Roman villas, old Christian church of St Mary and medieval fortresses and settlements add to the value of the islands, and reefs that are sometimes steeply up to 100 m deep in the sea. Afterwards we continue to Vodice, a typical small Dalmatian town, where we will overnight. Enjoy your evening at one of the beautiful terraces and abundant restaurants or simply enjoy walking on the beautiful beaches of this typical Dalmatian coastal town. 28.09. VODICE – KRKA WATERFALLS/PRIMOSTEN Our next destination is the town of Primošten, on route enjoy the beautiful view of the Krka River Canyon. After lunch sightseeing and enjoying nature and waterfalls of the National Park, an area extremely rich with flora and fauna. Enjoy your evening in this fascinating, picturesque small town, jutting out into the sea and here is the place to taste the local wines, for which this city is known. Captain's dinner will be served on board. 29.09. PRIMOSTEN – TROGIR Today we head for the "Little Venice", or the floating museum town as TROGIR is often called. Located on a small island, connected to the mainland and Čiovo peninsula by two bridges, the town is a magical place that offers plenty of cultural and historical monuments, charming small “konobas” – Croatian taverns and restaurants that offer a wide range of typical Dalmatian specialties. Overnight in Trogir harbour. 30.09. TROGIR – SPLIT Back to Split Riviera with a whole day of swimming ahead! Stop in one of the bays on the Čiovo island (connected to Trogir by a bridge). In the late afternoon we continue toward the last port of call while enjoying the magnificent view of Split Riviera. You can join our guided tour of Split with an English speaking guide. Split is a monument city under UNESCO protection that belongs not only to Croatian people, but to you as well because it is in the world heritage. Here we find an abundance of Roman architecture – of special interest is the Diocletian palace. Overnight in Split. 01.10. SPLIT – MAKARSKA After breakfast it is time to say goodbye to some of your new friends whose adventure ends here. Morning is free to explore Split on own while your cabins get freshened up, the ship restocks and the crew greets some new passengers who will join the cruise in Split. Departure is planned at 1 after lunch. We will spend the afternoon swimming at one of the beautiful beaches on the Riviera. From this beach those feeling adventurous can join our WHITE WATER rafting excursion on the Cetina river and meet up with the ship in Makarska in the evening. Overnight in the port of Makarska, one of the most attractive resorts on the Croatian coast. Strolling along the streets of Makarska, you will come across numerous churches and other architectural and cultural sights. 02.10. MAKARSKA – MLJET Early morning departure towards Mljet with the first stop on the Peljesac peninsula for a refreshing swim. The whole afternoon is free to look at the salt lakes in Mljet National Park and enjoy the sun and sea on this peaceful island. In the middle of the large lake, inside the National park, we can visit an old abbey and church, or just use a small boat to roam around the National park. Overnight in port Polaca/Pomena 03.10. MLJET – DUBROVNIK After breakfast we depart for Dubrovnik, which is the highlight of this cruise. On route will be time just for a short swim. Enjoy the beautiful sights of nature along the way towards “the heaven on earth” –according to the famous writer George Bernard Shaw. Arrive to Dubrovnik in the afternoon when you can join our guided tour of Dubrovnik with an English speaking guide. Take a walk through STRADUN – both a street and a square, a promenade inside the city walls. For those of you with more enthusiasm we recommend a walk on top of the 1,940 m long city walls! Overnight in the port of this magical town. 04.10. DUBROVNIK – SIPAN/TRSTENIK Morning is free to explore Dubrovnik. Discover the beauty of history through numerous monuments, little streets, churches… Around noontime we leave this magnificent town and continue our cruise towards the isle Sipan or a little town of Trstenik on the Peljesac peninsula, where we will swim in the afternoon and spend the night. Captain's dinner will be served on board. 05.10. SIPAN/TRSTENIK - KORCULA After breakfast depart for Korcula, the birthplace of MARCO POLO. Lunch on the board in front of Lumbarda (part of Korcula). Arrive to Korčula late afternoon where we overnight in port. On this island you can find more legends, tales and monuments than anywhere else. Listen to the story of the stone walls, which were being built over two centuries ago. 06.10. KORCULA - HVAR Early in the morning departure for the Pakleni Islands for lunch and swimming. Departure for Hvar after lunch. Hvar is the longest island in the Adriatic. Here we can find the Renaissance cathedral with its original tower; also the oldest community theatre in Europe was founded here in 1612. City of Hvar offers abundance entertainment full of restaurants, bars and cafes that are open long into the night. 07.10. HVAR (Bol) – SPLIT Our next stop will be the island of Brac. Swimming is planned at one of the most famous beaches in Dalmatia – Zlatni Rat near Bol (the Golden cape - its gravel promontory shifts from side to side as the wind and waves constantly change in shape). Bol is a typical fisherman’s town turned into a popular tourist destination. After lunch we will start our journey back to Split where the last overnight is planned. On our way to Split there will be another swim-break in one of the many bays on island of Brac. Arrival to Split in the late afternoon. Enjoy the view of Split Riviera arriving in Split. 08.10. SPLIT Early breakfast after which it is time to say goodbye to the crew and all your new friends!
