MULTILINGUALISMS AND Multilingualisms and Development is the latest in the proceedings of the ongoing Language & Development Conference series. This volume brings together twenty of the most important presentations from the 11th Language DEVELOPMENT & Development Conference, which took place in New Delhi, India, in 2015. A discussion by Professor D.P.
