The study aims to determine the reality of the role of the professor in a relationship of complementarily between the lesson and the selection and guidance of gifted, In addition to identifying constraints on the work of Professor within the sports movement inside and outside the institution and to find solutions. Key words: physical education, Professor, Gifted, selection . ﻤﻘﺩﻤﺔ ﻭﺇﺸﻜﺎﻝﻴﺔ ﺍﻝﺒﺤﺙ: ﻝﻘﺩ ﺃﻭﻝﻲ ﺍﻻﻫﺘﻤﺎﻡ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻝﺴﻨﻴﻥ ﺍﻷﺨﻴﺭﺓ، ﻭﻓﻲ ﺠﻤﻴﻊ ﺃﻨﺤﺎﺀ ﺍﻝﻌﺎﻝﻡ ﺒﺎﻹﺒﺩﺍﻉ ﻭﺠﻤﻴﻊ ﺠﻭﺍﻨﺒﻪ، ﺤﻴﺙ ﺘﺒﻴﻥ ﺃﻥ ﺍﻝﺘﻘﺩﻡ ﻓﻲ ﺠﻤﻴﻊ ﻤﺠﺎﻻﺕ ﺍﻝﺤﻴﺎﺓ ﻻ ﺘﺘﺤﻜﻡ ﻓﻴﻪ ﺍﻝﺼﺩﻓﺔ، ﺒل ﻴﺄﺘﻲ ﻨﺘﻴﺠﺔ ﻝﻼﺴﺘﺜﻤﺎﺭ ﻓﻲ ﺘﻁﻭﻴﺭ ﻗﺩﺭﺍﺕ ﺍﻝﻤﻭﺍﻫﺏ، ﻭﻴﺴﺘﻤﺭ ﺍﻝﺒﻘﺎﺀ ﻭﺍﻝﺘﻘﺩﻡ ﻝﻠﻤﺠﺘﻤﻌﺎﺕ ﺍﻝﺘﻲ ﺘﺯ ﺨﺭ ﺒﻌﺩﺩ ﻫﺎﺌل ﻤﻥ ﺍﻝﻤﻭﻫﻭﺒﻴﻥ ﻤﻊ ﻜﻴﻔﻴﺔ ﺼﻘل ﻫﺫﻩ ﺍﻝﻤﻭﺍﻫﺏ، ﻭﺘﻠﻌﺏ ﺍﻝﻤﺅﺴﺴﺎﺕ ﺍﻝﺘﻌﻠﻴﻤﻴﺔ ﺩﻭﺭﺍ ﻫﺎﻤﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺒﻨﺎﺀ ﺍﻝﻤﺠﺘﻤﻊ، ﺤﻴﺙ ﺘﻌﻤل ﻋﻠﻰ ﺘﺭﺒﻴﺔ ﺍﻝﻁﻔل ﻭﺘﻌﺩﻩ ﻝﻜﻲ ﻴﺼﺒﺢ ﺭﺠل ﺍﻝﻤﺴﺘﻘﺒل، ﻋﻥ ﻁﺭﻴﻕ ﺘﻨﻤﻴﺔ ﻤﺨﺘﻠﻑ ﻗﺩﺭﺍﺘﻪ ﺒﺎﻝﺘﺭﺒﻴﺔ ﺍﻝﻬﺎﺩﻓﺔ، ﺍﻝﺘﻲ ﺘﻌﺘﺒﺭ ﻓﻲ ﺤﺩ ﺫﺍﺘﻬﺎ ﻭﺴﻴﻠﺔ ﺒﻘﺎﺀ ﺃﻱ ﻤﺠﺘﻤﻊ ﻭ ﺍﺴﺘﻤﺭﺍﺭﻩ ﻭﺘﻘﺩﻤﻪ، ﻭﺍﻝﻤﺩﺭﺴﺔ ﻜﻤﺅﺴﺴﺔ ﺘﺭﺒﻭﻴﺔ ﻭﺘﻌﻠﻴﻤﻴﺔ ﺘﺴﻌﻰ ﻝﺘﺤﻘﻴﻕ ﻫﺫﻩ ﺍﻷﻫﺩﺍﻑ ﻤﻥ ﺨﻼل ﺍﻝﻤﻨﺎﻫﺞ ﺍﻝﺩﺭﺍﺴﻴﺔ ﺍﻝﻤﻘﺘﺭﺤﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺇﻁﺎﺭ ﺍﻝﻤﻨﻅﻭﻤﺔ ﺍﻝﺘﺭﺒﻭﻴﺔ ( ﻓﺎﻴﺯ ﻤﺭﺍﺩ ﺩﻨﺩﺵ، 2004 ،ﺹ 17) ، ﻭﺍﻥ ﺍﻝﻤﻤﺎﺭﺴﺔ ﺍﻝﺭﻴﺎﻀﻴﺔ ﺍﻝﻤﺩﺭﺴﻴﺔ ﻝﻡ ﺘﺒﻠﻎ ﻤﺴﺘﻭﺍﻫﺎ ﺭﺍﺠﻊ ﺫﻝﻙ ﺇﻝﻰ ﺍﻝﻨﻘﺹ ﺍﻝﻔﺎﺩﺡ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻹﻁﺎﺭﺍﺕ ﺍﻝﻤﺘﺨﺼﺼﺔ ﻭﻨﻘﺹ ﺍﻝﻤﻨ ﺸﺎﺕ ﺍﻝﺭﻴﺎﻀﻴﺔ، ﻭﺒﻌﺩ ﺍﻝﺘﺤﺩﻱ ﻝﻠﻤﺸﺎﻜل ﺍﻝﺴﺎﺒﻘﺔ ﺴﺎﺭﻋﺕ ﻭﺯﺍﺭﺓ ﺍﻝﺘﺭﺒﻴﺔ ﺒﺈﺼﺩﺍﺭ ﻗﺎﻨﻭﻥ ﺍﻝﺘﺭﺒﻴﺔ ﺍﻝﺒﺩﻨﻴﺔ ﺴﻨﺔ 1976 ﺍﻝﺫﻱ ﻴﻨﺹ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻋﺘﺒﺎﺭ ﺍﻝﺘﺭﺒﻴﺔ ﺍﻝﺒﺩﻨﻴﺔ ﻜﺒﺎﻗﻲ ﺍﻝﻤﻭﺍﺩ ﺍﻷﺨﺭﻯ، ﺜﻡ ﺘﻼﻩ ﻗﺎﻨﻭﻥ 10/ 04 ﺍﻝﻤﺅﻜﺩ ﻹﺠﺒﺎﺭﻴﺔ ﻤﻤﺎﺭﺴﺔ ﺍﻝﺘﺭﺒﻴﺔ ﺍﻝﺒﺩﻨﻴﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻝﻤﺅﺴﺴﺎﺕ ﺍﻝﺘﺭﺒﻭﻴﺔ( ﺍﻝﺠﺭﻴﺩﺓ ﺍﻝﺭﺴﻤﻴﺔ،ﻉ 52، 18 ﺠﻭﺍﻥ، 2004 ) ، ) ﺤﻴﺙ ﺴﻤﺢ ﻭﺃﻋﻁﻰ ﻓﺭﺼﺎ ﻭﺤﻅﻭﻅﺎ ﻝﻠﺠﻤﻴﻊ ﻤﻥ ﺍﺠل ﻤﻤﺎﺭﺴﺔ ﺍﻝﺘﺭﺒﻴﺔ ﺍﻝﺒﺩﻨﻴﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻝﻭﺴﻁ ﺍﻝﻤﺩﺭﺴﻲ، ﻭﻫﺫﺍ ﻋﺎﻤل ﻤﻬﻡ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻨﺘﻘﺎﺀ ﺍﻝﻤﻭﻫﻭﺒﻴﻥ ﻭﺘﻁﻭﻴﺭ ﻗﺩﺭﺍﺘﻬﻡ ﻝﻠﺩﻓﻊ ﺒﺎﻝﺤﺭﻜﺔ ﺍﻝﺭﻴﺎﻀﻴﺔ ﻨﺤﻭ ﺍﻝﺘﻘﺩﻡ ﻭﺍﻝﺘﺤﺴﻥ .
