In light of the assessment results, the quantified Boston matrix under multiple dimensions were compared with the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) under a single dimension. The comparison shows that the single-dimensional method achieved basically the same results with the multi-dimensional method, with some differences arising from government strategies. The multi-dimensional method can depict the competition between APs cold chain logistics centers more scientifically, intuitively, comprehensively and accurately than the single-dimensional method. Received: 11 October 2019; Accepted: 22 November 2019; Published: 3 December 2019 Abstract: Marine functional zoning (MFZ) is a type of marine spatial planning (MSP) implemented widely in China and one of the three major systems defined in the Law of the PRC on the Administration of Sea Area Use. China adopts “top-down management” for MFZ, in which upper management levels impose clear constraints and restrictions on lower levels. However, this approach has led to issues, such as a rigid MFZ classification system and unreasonable re-allocation of control indicators in the process of assigning MFZ classification at different levels. In this study, we propose and demonstrate the coordination of MFZ revision in terms of the classification system and the re-allocation of control indicators in the coastal city of Putian, China. The results show that the proposed measures could help realize the effective and reasonable coordination of MFZ revisions at the provincial and municipal levels, providing a reference for such MFZ revisions in other regions of China and the coordination of MSP between different levels in other countries. -

www.nature.com/scientificreports OPEN Unary Non-Structural Fertilizer Response Model for Rice Crops and Its Field Experimental Verifcation Received: 6 September 2017 Mingqing Zhang1, Juan Li1, Fang Chen2,3 & Qingbo Kong1 Accepted: 29 January 2018 The quadratic polynomial fertilizer response model (QPFM) is the primary method for implementing Published: xx xx xxxx quantitative fertilization in crop production, but the success rate of this model’s recommended fertilization rates in China is low because the model contains a high setting bias. This paper discusses a new modelling method for expanding the applicability of QPFM. The results of feld experiments with 8 levels of N, P, or K fertilization showed that the dynamic trend between rice yield increases and fertilizer application rate exhibited a typical exponential relationship. Therefore, we propose a unary non-structural fertilizer response model (NSFM). The responses of 18 rice feld experiments to N, P, or K fertilization indicated that the new models could signifcantly predict rice yields, while two experimental ftting results using the unary QPFM did not pass statistical signifcance tests. The residual standard deviations of 13 new models were signifcantly lower than that of the unary QPFM. The linear correlation coefcient of the recommended application rates between the new model and the unary QPFM reached a signifcant level. Theoretical analysis showed that the unary QPFM was a simplifed version of the new model, and it had a higher ftting precision and better applicability. At present, fertilizer response models can be divided into mechanistic and experiential models1, and between them, with “semi-mechanistic and semi-experiential” qualities, is the so-called non-structural fertilizer response model2. -

(hereinafter referred to as “the Tendering Agent”), entrusted by Fujian Zhongmin Offshore Wind Power Co., Ltd. Project Overview and Bidding Scope: 2.1 Project Profile The Putian Pinghai Bay Offshore Wind Power Farm Phase II Project is situated in Pinghai Bay, Xiuyu District, Putian City. The Project neighbors Daitou Peninsula on the west, Nanri Island on the north and Meizhou Island on the southwest. It is about 12 km far from Pinghai Town and covers some parts of Zone B and Zone C of the Putian Pinghai Bay Offshore Wind Power Farm. A total of 41 sets of wind turbine generator units with an individual capacity of 6 MW are proposed to be installed, including 20 sets in Zone B and 21 sets in Zone C. The total installed capacity will reach about 246 MW. 2.2 Tendering Scope: The scope of tendering covers installation works of the 21 sets of wind turbine generator units in Zone C. Including: Unloading of wind turbines generator units and their auxiliary equipment and storage, transportation and installation thereof after unloading, cooperation work during commissioning and correction of wind turbines, auxiliary construction facilities during construction period, video and image recording of the entire installation and construction processes of this section, etc.
