DOE RIVER GORGE OUTING SAT, JUNE 23, 2018 - Meet at church at 8:30am to caravan. $18 / person – children 7 and under are FREE Registration and Payment required by June 3rd **EACH PERSON (youth & adult) MUST COMPLETE A RELEASE FORM** Food: Optional Lunch ~ served 12-2 pm - $9 , Kid’s Meal - $5 Enjoy your choice of a Black Angus hamburger, a BBQ sandwich, or Chicken Sandwich. Meals also include chips, coleslaw, BBQ beans, potato salad, a drink and dessert. Kids’ meal (11 & under) includes choice of Burger, BBQ Sandwich, or Chicken Sandwich, one side, dessert, and drink.

You may bring your own food if you would like. No glass containers.

• Skeet Shooting: $10 per 2 1/2hour session (ages 10 & up) • UNIMOG Riders: $10 per ride • Horse Riding: $20 per ride (1 hour) • Paintball: Must rent equipment at site & pricing varies • Climbing Tower: $10 ages 10 and up

Adults are responsible for the supervisions of their minors. ALL Participants, including adults, must have a signed release indemnification form prior to arrival. It is especially important that minors under the age of 18 have their parent’s prior written consent on the release indemnification form prior to arrival to participate. Only the parent of the minor may sign for them. *Please list name of each person attending, starting with the Scout’s name(s)*
